The location is quite close to Xuanwu Lake, and Fuzimiao is just 6 subway stops away. It's about 150 meters from the subway station. **Facilities**: The hotel has been open for a while, so the facilities are a bit old, but not excessively so. The room was large, but the sparse soft furnishings made it feel a bit empty. The air conditioner was directly facing the desk, which was quite drafty. The desk only had one outlet, so I couldn't charge my phone and use my laptop at the same time. The room was clean, and the hot water was good. However, the 'rainforest' showerheads upstairs and in the suites were completely clogged, with very little water pressure and scattered flow. The bathing products were the blue bottles from L'Occitane, which were decent. It was a bit odd that upstairs had Toto paired with Duravit, while the suites had Kohler with Hansgrohe. The towels weren't very thick, similar to most hotels and felt a bit thin. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was good. The slippers were a bit subpar. The blackout curtains had some light leakage. **Service**: The check-in service was good; they upgraded my room. However, construction started around 8:50 AM with hammering and drilling. Wasn't that a bit too early? Usually, if there's construction, a notice should be left in the room, and nationally, construction isn't allowed before 9 AM. I called to complain, but it wasn't resolved for 30 minutes, so I had to go downstairs myself. The front desk manager was quite professional and accompanied me to switch to a suite. The service was good, and they seemed well-trained, with very standard procedures. However, after that, there was no follow-up concern or greetings from the hotel. It felt like a very standardized process, lacking genuine apology and care. For the bathtub disinfection, upstairs they brought in a complete small basket of items and spent about ten minutes, which seemed very professional. In the suite, they only brought disinfectant, and it was done in a few minutes, feeling a bit rushed. The network in the suite had the wrong port connected, which was handled by engineering. Overall, it seems the hotel's age and lack of maintenance contribute to some disorganization. However, considering the price I paid, the value for money is actually quite high. I can recommend it.
