The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hygiene was also top-notch, and the facilities were comprehensive. Plus, it's really close to both the metro station and tourist attractions.

I always review the 4 C. Cleanliness: This hotel group maintains cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets. There were slips for us. Comfortable: The bed is firm, and the pillion is very comfortable. The aircon is working, and hot and cold water are all working. Overall, the room's soundproofing was pretty good. Customer Service: The front staff speak limited English. The check was easy because we provided our Trip.com booking details. Good customer service Convenience: The area is near many shopping centres, such as Deji Shopping Mall. Restaurants. Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) are warm, polite and helpful. Hotel amenities are in great condition. The hotel is located just a short walk from Xinjiekou Metro Station exit 20. Highly recommended for future stays.
