"Helpful staff, great location, and nice room with a balcony We are welcome with a box of snacks, which is refilled daily. The tea experience is exciting and fascinating. The room is pretty spacious with a balcony for people watching and relaxing. We really enjoy walking around Taiping street which is quite close to everything. Most importantly, staff are willing to help. One of them taught us how to do the tea ceremony and another even offered us her umbrella when running into us at the entrance of the hotel. We’re moved by these little acts of kindness they give. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience both hustle bustle and traditional vibes."

"This hotel may be small, but it truly offers warmth and comfort. In fact, it has a unique style that sets it apart from other hotels. Even though it's just a small establishment, you can sense a significant difference; the interior is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The front desk girls, 小梦 and 瑶瑶, are especially helpful. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient, as there are many restaurants nearby. I had an amazing trip here, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

Was surprisingly not as noisy at night since the hotel is not located right at the centre where the main train station is. Rooms were clean with all the amenities provided. Excellent service from the hotel staff and receptionist was kind enough to give us late check out."
