We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to my child's school. The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially a lovely young lady who assisted us with many issues. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were exceptionally cozy – my child absolutely loved them! The dining experience at the restaurant was also great; they offered a wide variety of dishes that suited our tastes perfectly. We will definitely be coming back again.

This is my second stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, and once again, I'm very satisfied with its location. It's really close to Beihang University's Dayuncun campus, making it an excellent choice for parents visiting their children there. The Zhichunlu subway station is just over 300 meters from the hotel entrance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they helped me store my luggage when I arrived early, and it was a very proper storage service. On the day I was leaving, they even extended my check-out time because I had an errand to run. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the overall stay was excellent. They currently have a tall Christmas tree in the lobby, and the buffet restaurant is also quite good.

The location is great, making it super convenient for ordering takeout. The room was also very spacious, and staying at Atour was comfortable for working with appropriately sized desk and chairs. The only downside is the construction site outside, which can be a bit noisy if you open the window during the day, but it's not a deal-breaker. One minor disappointment was that the mini-bar fridge only had two bottles of mineral water this time; I remember Atour usually providing some beverages before. Overall, the experience was still pretty good.

The rooms are actually all on one floor (3rd floor of a mall) so it was a bit difficult to find my room and the hallways are pretty dark. Luckily the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and soft. Two pillows are memory foam and the other two are normal. The first night the guy next door was smoking so I couldn’t open the windows it was a bit stuffy. I called reception and they quickly solved the issue by asking him to stop. Very convenient lots of restaurants in the mall and a KTV. Can’t hear anything from the KTV. Overall a comfortable stay and a 20 min walk to the East gate of PKU.

This time I stayed at this hotel and the experience was really great! I must praise the front desk brother. The people are very warm and caring. I know that I arrived early and specially arranged for me to check in early, saving a lot of trouble waiting.
The efficiency is very high when checking in, the attitude is also very good, there are questions and answers, and they also take the initiative to remind the precautions, and they are very patient throughout. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the environment was quiet, and the living was very comfortable. The overall facilities are complete and the hygiene is in place.
Whether it is the service or the environment is very satisfactory, the front desk brother is a plus, making people feel as warm as going home. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was hard to locate, and there was no signage. Even the signage at the lobby does not display the hotel. It will be difficult to locate this hotel if you cannot read or speak Mandarin.
The room was acceptable, but the aircon did not work very well and it was very warm overnight. I found a cockroach in my room, and when I reported it, the staff sprayed the room with insecticide and said it's to be expected as the hotel is above a restaurant.
Beyond all this, it is an acceptable place to stay short-term, and the location is good too as it is close to the metro.

It was a really satisfying experience. From very easy check in as an international traveler to kindly keeping my luggage for some hours after checkout. The room was clean bathroom is good size. Room service was good. Mineral water provided upon request from housekeeping.
A boiler and some herbal drink bag provided. Green tea and jasmine. I think black tea is not very popular in China. It’s comfortable to have it with you if you’re used to drink it.
No sugar, coffee, spoon, plates provided. Only two mugs were available.
Hairdryer is not very good .
Totally it was a good stay relative to the payment .

GGuest UserLovely hotel to stay at in an absolute prime location in the middle of the hutongs and a 1 min walk from Qian Men Street. Also walkable distance to Tian’an men Square and the Palace Museum. Theres plenty of food spots around and it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. The staff was incredibly kind and also helped us arrange reservations. The room was spacious and very clean. Free water, teas, snacks and fruits 24/7 in the lobby area. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Also lucky enough to have booked the only room with a balcony overlooking the hutongs. Absolutely no complaints.

GGuest UserThis stay was a last-minute decision because my flight was cancelled that night. We're not familiar with Beijing at all and it was so late, we didn't know which hotel to choose. Luckily, I've always liked the HUAZHU brand, and I figured it wouldn't disappoint. The overall experience after checking in was excellent! First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. From my initial phone call to checking in at the front desk, the staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Second, although the room was small, the facilities were very new, with plenty of power outlets and ports. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. I particularly loved the 'hand hand' wooden smoky-scented toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for an overnight layover. It's right by the Airport Express and Sanyuanqiao subway station, just about 200 meters from the exit. There's also a large shopping center, Phoenix City, nearby with many high-quality restaurants. The only minor issue might be that the heating was a bit too high and couldn't be adjusted down. But considering the city, location, convenience, and both soft and hard amenities, I can easily give it 5 stars! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur hotel room is really great! It's about a 500-meter walk from Beijing West Railway Station, making it super convenient. The room was very clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a cute little kung fu tea set with loose leaf tea (not those flimsy tea bags!), which was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. When we ran out of the complimentary bottled water, a quick call had the delivery robot bringing more right to our door – so convenient! There's also a thoughtful full-length mirror. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and a great hairdryer. All in all, fantastic value for money and a very pleasant stay!
Kkong33Hotel is generally okay. The location is a bit out with 20 minutes of walk from the subway station. The hotel house keeping need to be more diligent. A torn towel was provided and we requested it to be changed however it happened again the following day. The tea bags are not refilled everyday. The breakfast is good. It is value for money.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved my stay! The location is super convenient, right on Qianmen Street and literally a stone's throw from the subway entrance. Getting to any tourist spot was a breeze with minimal walking. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly kind and attentive. They even thought ahead to tell me about potential issues I might encounter during my stay. I casually mentioned the window was a bit small, and the very next day, they upgraded me to a room with a terrace for free! The value for money is excellent too; it's definitely the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient with check-in. Their service throughout was polite and courteous, and any requests I had were promptly met, making me feel really valued. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showed great care. The overall service was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely heartwarming – truly deserving of a five-star rating. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
CCharlesjuranbeizhanyongThis is my Nth stay at this hotel. I've been staying here since 2017 when I applied for my US visa, and for the past few years, it's been my go-to when transferring to high-speed rail after returning to China. First, the pros: the rooms are spacious, it offers great value for money, has a swimming pool, and the rooms even have bathtubs – it's hard to find these amenities in hotels at a similar price point. It's an established star-rated hotel, and it's very close to Beijing Chaoyang High-Speed Railway Station and not far from Capital Airport. You can also get a late check-out until 2 PM (they've improved this significantly; it wasn't great back in 2017). The service is also very good. Now for the cons: being an older hotel, the facilities are relatively dated. In the room I stayed in this time, the bathroom door wouldn't close, but since I was alone, it wasn't a big deal. The next day, when I took a shower, only hot water came out, and I couldn't adjust it to cold. However, I was in a rush to pack and check out, so I just quickly finished my shower without contacting staff – I'm sure they could have resolved it. A 500 deposit is required upon check-in, even if you book through platforms like Trip.com or Fliggy, credit-based waiver isn't an option. Once, I didn't have a domestic card, but they accepted Japanese Yen as a deposit, and I was able to check in smoothly. I saw staff doing a live stream in the lobby; I assume booking through Douyin might be even cheaper.
GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. As a Hyatt brand, its taste and quality are definitely on point. The decor is warm and stylish, and the front desk offers complimentary welcome fruits and a 24-hour self-service tea station. The room itself is very comfortable, and I have to praise the pillows – they're incredibly soft. Plus, there are free snacks and drinks (Coke and Sprite) in the room. Overall, highly recommended!
YYuyeyoumingAfter looking at three or four hotels, I decided to stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing for my trip to Beijing, mainly because of its proximity to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is quite grand, and while the service is very traditional, it gets the job done. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked the front desk to book a room on the highest floor within the same price range, with a view of the CCTV Tower. They managed to arrange all of this, which I was very pleased with. However, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned; if you order takeout, there's no robot or staff to deliver it, so you have to go down and pick it up yourself.
The room itself is quite spacious and also has a traditional feel. One quirky thing is the power outlets: one nightstand has an outlet, but the other doesn't. This made it impossible to charge my phone while lying in bed, so I had to go to the supermarket the next day to buy an extension cord. Also, the power outlets are quite old-fashioned, not the new national standard, and many of them are loose.
The bathroom has two showerheads, a main one and a side one. I assume the side one is for people sitting down, but one thing they might not have considered is where to put clean clothes for changing. If you put them inside, they'll get wet during the shower. If you put them outside, isn't it a bit awkward to walk out naked?
The breakfast buffet at the hotel is quite good, with a wide variety of dishes. The mini hash browns, in particular, taste exactly like the ones sold at McDonald's and KFC.
Finally, I want to especially thank the bespectacled housekeeper on the 24th floor. Her service was excellent, she was very polite, and the room was cleaned impeccably. She left a particularly good and warm impression.
I didn't take many photos of the hotel, so consider these for reference. Also, the Hema Supermarket is about 600-700 meters west of the hotel, which is convenient for buying things.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel has an absolutely superb location!
I'm not sure why it's called a 'restaurant' (饭店), I didn't specifically ask. I also didn't see any F&B department, so maybe it's been repurposed?
Facilities: The decor is very simple and basic. Nothing too special, but it's very clean.
Hygiene: Quite clean. The room was thoughtfully arranged and tidied, and there was even a small tea set.
Environment: The exterior looks beautiful, but the interior decoration is just average.
Service: Excellent. They specifically called me before I arrived to confirm and mentioned that the room had a slight smell of disinfectant, in case I minded. I didn't smell it when I got there. But I was really touched and warmed by the front desk's gesture. I especially want to commend the young man at the front desk; he was very conscientious and responsible.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. It's incredibly convenient, very close to the Forbidden City. Plus, as soon as you step out of the alley, you're at Longfu Temple. Pretty good!
