QIANNA HOTEL (Houhai Gulou Street Subway Station Branch)

The hotel is clean and smart. Robot delivery brings takeout to your room, and they can also accept packages for you. The staff are all very friendly and try their best to meet your needs. I'd definitely consider Qianna again next time I'm in Beijing.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were super polite! I also got to experience making a sachet and a hand-string bracelet!

I was happy with the room type, and the facilities were great. It was also very clean. On the first floor, there's a stamp collecting area and a DIY bracelet craft station. Plus, there's a subway station nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient, right by the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and even upgraded my room for free. The room itself was clean and comfortable! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely book with QIANNA again. For such a prime location in Beijing, this price point is excellent!

The hotel's location and environment are excellent. It's very close to Gulou subway station (Lines 2 and 8), and there are several great restaurants nearby. The ambiance is nice. The lobby also has activities like making bracelets and collecting travel stamps, which the kids really enjoyed. However, the bathroom door is quite noisy when opening and closing, which slightly affected our sleep. I hope they can maintain and inspect it properly.
