(Vietnamese below) We truly value customer experience, and we had an excellent stay at Summer. Check-in: The receptionist (the girl with glasses) was able to communicate in English, and she was incredibly friendly and kind. She guided us very enthusiastically. The lobby on the 3rd floor is beautifully designed. There’s even a gym area, as well as self-service washing machines, dryers, and an ironing station right in the common space, very impressive. The waiting area is also nicely decorated with books, making it a perfect spot for photos. The room and bed were extremely spacious and comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel provided two key cards per guest, and even kept one card inserted in the room to maintain electricity. So when we went out, the room still had power for charging our devices, such a thoughtful detail. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes. The hotel is located in a central area. Right next door are Luckin and Starbucks, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to a market, so it’s perfect for evening walks, shopping for souvenirs, and enjoying a relaxing foot massage. Just step outside, turn left, and within a few steps you’ll reach the metro station, extremely convenient. The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from the subway station entrance. Across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it perfect for all types of travelers. There's a coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of food, drink, and shopping options nearby. Getting to tourist attractions takes about ten minutes by taxi, which is super friendly for travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – I slept soundly all night. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was very refreshing, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The WiFi was fast, perfect for streaming without any buffering. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful; the front desk proactively upgraded our room, the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless every day, and the restaurant aunties warmly recommended dishes. The entire experience was smooth. The breakfast offered a wide variety, from Chinese hot porridge to Western bread, plus fresh fruit. For dinner, we could enjoy local specialties, and both the taste and price were reasonable. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations. We felt safe and convenient throughout our stay. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting!

The hotel is quite new, and my friend and I were very happy with our twin room. Although the room didn't have a window facing the street, the hotel's design was very thoughtful, featuring an inward-facing window. It was a bit dark at night, but in the morning, we could turn on the lights to simulate daylight. The room also had an intercom, and the staff even allowed us a late check-out! The floor next to the sink was a bit slippery, though.

You don't know until you stay. First of all, the hotel is in a good location. It's very convenient to buy things downstairs. They are all local residents and the prices are very cheap. However, because the downstairs are all local residents, the glass is not soundproof. Every morning, the people playing cards are very loud. You can hear the voices of the aunts and uncles buying groceries. The table in the room is broken, the sink is moldy, the quilt is very thin, the mattress is also thin, there is no heat and air conditioning, and I woke up with a fever the next morning. Although it is very cost-effective, Shenzhen is very expensive, but I hope the landlord will improve it.
