The room attendant cleaned very thoroughly, and the front desk even upgraded us to a larger room for free. They were all very polite. Plus, there's a small bubble tea shop downstairs!

The hotel is newly renovated and the stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the front desk staff were friendly, and it's very convenient for getting around. I would recommend it to friends.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn exceeded all expectations! The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around for business. The room was spotless and well-maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of work. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with really good coffee too. Overall, the facilities are new and well-managed, completely meeting five-star standards. It's my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!

The hotel service is very good. I booked a special room without windows. Maybe I saw that there are extra rooms in the off-season in winter, so I upgraded to a room with windows for free. It has a lot of space. Thank you very much. There are several very good things about the hotel. First of all, you can reach the hotel by walking 900 meters from Demao Station of Metro Line 8. Line 8 can go to Qianmen, Wangfujing and other popular attractions. The room rate is only more than 200 points, so this hotel For a price that is several hundred dollars higher in the city center, it is very cost-effective, and the room area is twice as big as those. It is estimated that it is only 12 to 15 square meters near the scenic spots, so the price is quite high. In addition, the hotel's Internet speed is very reliable. I prefer Internet speed when staying in a hotel. Also, the water pressure is super strong and the shower is super refreshing. What needs to be improved is the hygiene, which is average. There are hairs in some corners of the bathroom. The TV cannot be connected to the Internet and is not a smart TV. The cable TV channels are stuck one after another. I don’t know why. Who would have thought you could find a hotel in Beijing for under a hundred yuan, and with free breakfast too? Unbelievable! The hotel staff had a great attitude. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, and they did a really good job cleaning my clothes. They even gave me a free room upgrade when I checked in. When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it to my room. Oh, and the roasted sweet potatoes from a place called 'Old Beijing Tanghulu' were absolutely delicious – so sweet and soft. I ordered them multiple times!

Amazing older 4 star hotel in the centre of Daxing district of Beijing. There is a mall just 5 minutes walk away. The metro to downtown Beijing is a 15 minutes walk away. The metro to downtown Beijing costs 6 yuan and takes 40 minutes. The rooms are as spotlessly clean as I ever saw them. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but everything works fine. Excellent alternative to the much higher priced downtown properties especially for those flying in and out of Daxing airport. A taxi to the airport will be about 70 yuan Highly recommend, I think this hotel is government owned.

My business trip this time was fantastic! I originally booked a king room, but upon arrival, I realized I needed more space for my clothes and asked the front desk if I could switch to a twin room. Mike, one of the staff members, not only quickly helped arrange the change but was also incredibly enthusiastic and patient throughout the process, without any hesitation. During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some business documents, and the hotel front desk staff were very efficient in assisting me, which was a huge help. The hotel has service robots for food delivery, a laundry room, and a gym, so the facilities are excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The checkout and invoicing process was also very smooth and didn't waste any time. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making it ideal for business travel. Highly recommend!

i would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated. the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes. only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still. overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Beijing Daxing Center was absolutely fantastic! First off, the value for money is excellent. The hotel facilities are all new and spotlessly clean, making for a superb stay. We were really happy with both room types we booked; the in-room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and they even provided a humidifier and a BOSE Bluetooth speaker, which was a great touch. Finally, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and patient, truly providing attentive, top-notch service. They even gave us a small souvenir when we checked out, which was a lovely gesture. I genuinely can't recommend this place enough. The suite was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a major plus. All the service staff were very proactive, the front desk team was friendly and patient, and the cleaning staff were thorough and meticulous. Both room types we experienced were excellent overall!
