"The location is very convenient, and the service staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing. The breakfast spread was a highlight — there was a good variety of options, and everything was well-prepared and satisfying. However, the facilities and amenities do feel slightly outdated and could benefit from some upgrading. There was also a noticeable sewage smell at times, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the pillows were too flat and could be improved for better sleep quality. Overall, it was still a good stay with great service and breakfast, but with some improvements to the facilities and room comfort, it would be even better."

"I like the location of this Tan hostel because there’s a massage parlor beside it and beside that parlor is a 7/11. The popular street at Cosi is just across this hostel. The bed was thick and I loved the comforter BUT there are also a lot of things I didn’g like about this hostel. 1. They make you leave your shoes downstairs so you have to walk barefoot to your room and the floor isn’t even clean! It was cement and you can’t really clean it so I don’t understand what they were thinking by making that rule. You walk around even to the shower barefoot which is annoying. 2. They turn off the airconditioning from 11am - 3/4pm. I’d understand if the rooms were almost empty but our room was already full! 3. It was so hard to climb on the top bunk, it felt like it was too high or maybe I’m too short (5’2?). I’m grateful for the receptionist as I was able to ask for a bottom bunk for my following days."

"We had a pool villa and everything was lovely! There are 2 things I would say were not ideal though, the first being the stairs to the pool villas were hard work! No lift option was available. The second, was the monkeys. We were told on check in to keep the balcony doors and windows locked but that was all. We woke up to around 7 or 8 extremely aggressive monkeys tearing the kitchen apart! They totally trashed the place and stole all our food. Luckily there was a door to the bedroom we could close because as soon as they saw us they charged! My friend had to use the umbrella to get them away. They came back about an hour later and even though the balcony doors were locked they stayed for an hour trashing the deck and trying to get inside. One of them managed to shake the doors unlocked but we just got to it in time to close it again. They were running at the glass doors bashing their hands on the glass it was really scary!!"

"I really didn't want to leave a bad review. The restaurant staff were great, and we had a lovely Christmas. However, we didn't have enough cash to pay for the restaurant, so we used WeChat Pay. Unfortunately, the staff member handling it was very unprofessional and didn't really know how to use it, so they called us back from the beach, which we cooperated with. Their attitude was terrible. I didn't make a fuss and just had my Thai-speaking friend communicate with them. While we were talking, I saw my slippers, which I had put in the room's trash can, being taken out by the baggage handler. He asked the young lady at the front desk to try them on, and when she didn't, he put them on himself. I found this absolutely disgusting. The front desk's attitude was also very poor. For a 1600 baht hotel, I don't understand how this level of service is acceptable."

"It’s quite secluded which is why we picked it. It’s quiet and honestly a paradise. However if you want to do loads of stuff and activities you will need to get a taxi/grab/bolt everywhere, there is very little to do in walking distance and there are no paths to walk for the most part, so it really depends on what you are looking for. They have a small vehicle which goes to ao nang 4 times a day. Once in ao nang (20 mins away) you can get boats to Railay beach, or other islands. It’s busy and touristy in ao nang so the shellsea is a nice escape from this. 20 mins the other way is Krabi town which we preferred, with the mountain monument (highly recommend but only if you are fit!!). A grab/bolt here is about 180baht each way. The hotel breakfast is lovely with coffees made to order. There is another restaurant which overlooks the beach and sea which is really nice too. The pool area overlooks the bay and is quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained and clean. There are lots of activities on at the hotel if you prefer to stay around the hotel such as Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai, kayaking, etc. Staff are friendly and attentive."

"*Great value stay in the heart of Krabi Town!* I stayed at The Greenery Hotel for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the Krabi Night Market, 7-Eleven, and local restaurants. Staff were friendly. It's a budget hotel, but the service and cleanliness make it feel more than that. Highly recommended for short stays in Krabi Town!"

"The grounds are great, and the two-bedroom villa with a pool view is lovely. Breakfast is good, pretty much everything you need. There are shuttles to the beach and the walking street. The only downside is if you don't have a scooter or car, you'll have a bit of an uphill walk. And it's a bit far from the nightlife. But for a family, it's perfect."

"We had a fantastic suite with a private pool. The 'room' was huge and wonderfully equipped. The hotel's location was quiet yet central, with everything easily accessible in no time. The shuttle service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were all amusingly decorated for Christmas. Scooter rental was available directly at reception, laundry service could be booked, and everything you could possibly need was provided. In Germany, one would say it's a lovingly family-run hotel. Absolute recommendation!"

"Hotel was good but needs improvement for facilities. It looks like they are part way through renovations. It is closest to the best beach (10/15min) walk away. The only issue is the electricity goes off when it rains but they were fixing the lines. The water also goes off intermittently without warning. The staff try to be helpful but sometimes don't seem to know what's going on."

"They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week."
