And if you have interview on your Japan visa, just across the road parquel mall where JAPAN VISA CENTRE located and also extension of US Embassy in parquel mall as well. Reasonable price payed ₱4,900 plus for 2 adults and 1 child for 1 night only."

"I was quite satisfied with the room; it was clean and hygienic. The transportation was also convenient. From the hotel's back door, it's a 5-minute walk to PITX station, where you can catch the LRT or buses. Inside the station, there are plenty of dining options and convenience stores. There's also a Chinese restaurant downstairs at the hotel, though the prices are a bit high."

"Overall great location, 711 accessible, same building. Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by. MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food."

"We Had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent very near OKADA MANILA and other nearby attractions, making it convenient for both staycations and family trips. The staff an host were friendly ,responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also love the nice bay view and relaxing atmosphere, Amenities( especially the massage chair ,swimming pool were complete and made our stay hassle free."

"My stay at Baymont Suites and Residences was just okay overall. The place was clean and manageable for a short stay, but there were several key amenities missing that made the experience less comfortable than expected. The absence of a refrigerator was also inconvenient, particularly for longer stays or for storing food and drinks. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be challenging if you have luggage or are staying on a higher floor. While the place may work for a very basic stay, I personally wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and convenience."

"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful 4 days 3 nights stay at E’s Bliss Utopia Beach View and it was everything we expected + more. *The place*: Super cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The “Beach View” part is legit - waking up to the Azure sand beach + pool view every morning was so relaxing. Unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short stay. *The host*: Special shoutout to the unit in charge. They were so attentive to our needs from check-in to check-out. Quick replies, helped us with our requests, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. That kind of service makes a big difference.. Overall, highly recommend E’s Bliss Utopia if you want a cozy, aesthetic unit with a responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!"

"The room was spacious enough and even had a washing machine. The owner was super thoughtful and turned on the A/C before I arrived; he was also really friendly and handsome! Downstairs, there's a Chinese supermarket and restaurants, and it's quite close to the airport."

"The surrounding area is safe and very near to SMX just a 7-10 mins walk. Wifi is strong. Staffs are all friendly and address your concerns immediately"

"The air conditioning wasn't cold, and the water heater was broken, so there was no hot water. Construction started at 8 AM, with a power drill constantly drilling into the walls."
