"Situated near the Fuente circle so everything is accessible. Rooftop pool has a nice view but not open for swimming atm. Breakfast option could be improved. Overall, rooms are nice even if they are on the smaller side but considering the nightly rate, it’s perfect. Loved the water container as it’s good for the environment and you can get free refills anytime."

"The room and the hotel was so nice, I likes everything. I love to swim and the swimming pool was great (open 6am-10 pm). The breakfast was also good, not the best but I was satisfied. Even though I arrived to Cebu at 2am, there was no any problem since their front desk is open 24h. And also when I did my check out, they have big lockers in the 1st floor for storage your suitcases (no additional cost)."

"This was my first time staying here, and I found it surprisingly clean for the price. However, the amenities were a bit of a letdown: the hot water pressure was low, I couldn't figure out how to operate the in-room safe, and the refrigerator was rather unremarkable. The only real perks were probably the automatic curtains and the power outlets with USB ports. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with money exchange services and convenience stores nearby. Access from the airport via Grab taxi was extremely cheap, costing less than 400 yen."

"The hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. In addition to a large wardrobe, there are plenty of shelves and a shoe cabinet, providing ample storage. The predominantly white decor makes the room feel even more spacious and cozy. The staff are friendly, warm, and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return with my family for a holiday in Cebu and stay at this hotel again."

"Comfortable beds, lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The pool is beautiful. There is a swim up bar, but no one is there. There is a bar onsite, but it’s not really “open”. It isn’t staffed, I had to call to get someone to come up, and I don’t think there’s drinks actually there, as Yvette had to go downstairs to get my beers. She was lovely though, she chatted to me while I had a beer. The room has tea and coffee, toothbrush/paste set. We were the only guests there, so it was very quiet. It’s a massive, cool hotel. Overall a great stay!"

"Booked last November for two double non-smoking rooms for our family of four. The rooms were decent and offered ample space for two people to move around comfortably. The walls were well soundproofed and we did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Even though we were located right beside the elevators, there was no noticeable disturbance. The alarm system was also functioning properly, as it was triggered during our last night’s stay. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, with no issues at all. Housekeeping provided fresh towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and tissues daily, which we appreciated even though there was a supermarket right below the property. The daily breakfast buffet was enjoyable. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and the viands changed each day, which kept the selection interesting. There were no issues with elevator wait times, as there were around six elevators available. Two provided access to the mall and two to the ground floor entrance. We also used the laundry room on our last night and noticed that there were plenty of washing machines available. The massage service was good as well. Most importantly, we appreciated the staff. They were attentive and accommodating, catering to almost all of our requests and even providing a storage box when we asked for one. Overall, it was a good stay, aside from the location. We would definitely book again."

"A very large building. Good location, very grand LOBBY but it's a pity that cockroaches are easy to appear as the reviews say, both rooms are. After reporting it, the rooms were changed and checked. The attitude was very good. It's a pity to be disturbed by cockroaches in such a great place, but the properties of this area seem to be like this. The equipment can be seen to have traces of use but it doesn't cause any noise. The water is OK for the first person to wash, sometimes big and sometimes small. It's acceptable for the price. The breakfast is very diverse and not as salty and sweet as other places!"
