"Very convenient, the pre arrival information for guest is accurate, making it’s really easy from self check in to check out. Room is big and clean but voice of passing motorbikes and cars can be annoying some times, even ear plugs are provided. The parking space is quiet limit, and for underground level, entrance and turns are very narrow, required full attention and may not suitable for van or big suv. Many restaurants near by, few open late at night."

"Beautiful hotel with modern technology such as face recognition to access the lift and rooms. Unfortunately, during our stay the system did not work properly. Out of the three of us, only my son couldn't use the face scan to enter the lift, but he could scan to enter the room. Meanwhile, my daughter and I could not use the face scan to open the room door. When we checked with the receptionist who handled our check-in, she mentioned it was a technical issue, but she did not seem very welcoming or helpful. We were staying in room 3021B. After about two hours, the room became very warm. When we called reception, they said the room would take time to cool down because it is a big room. A technician came to check as well and said the same thing. However, this information was never explained to us earlier. The first night was very uncomfortable due to the warm temperature, and at 4am I had to go down to the reception to make a complaint. Only the next day, on 28/3 around 6pm, we were able to change the room to 4021B. On the second day, a staff member named Hanis was very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. When we moved to room 4021B, I informed the concierge who helped us move our luggage that the front corridor light was not working. It seemed like this issue was not followed up, as the light was still not fixed (as shown in the photo). At that point, I did not bother to raise it again. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has impressive technology, but the lack of communication between departments and inconsistent service was disappointing."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.  Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back again! However, we would like to suggest an improvement in the provision of drinking water. It would be great if the hotel could provide more accessible drinking water options, such as additional bottled water or a water dispenser for guests"

"The service was terrible. All the facilities were fine, probably because they were still new. The decor was okay too. The pool wasn't really for swimming as it was small, but it was good for photos. It wasn't even a regular rectangular shape, and it was tiny. The first time I checked in, I arrived at 4 PM and was told the room wasn't ready. The second time, I arrived at 8 PM, and I still had to wait an hour because they said they couldn't find the room key. I was speechless, couldn't they just assign me another room? If you ignore the service, it's generally alright."

"Overall, everything was good, with only a few points to highlight. I arrived in Ipoh at around 7:00 AM and requested an early check-in. Although rooms were already available, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of RM20 per hour for checking in a few hours earlier. Regarding breakfast, due to the month of Ramadan, the offering was reduced to a semi-buffet based on occupancy levels. However, the full breakfast price was still charged despite the limited selection. Lastly, there were no extra hangers available in the room, which was slightly inconvenient."

"I had a great stay at Ipoh ICC Premium Suites and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment to relax. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The building felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, with convenient access to food options, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Ipoh. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. "Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us. Thank you and pls keep up the good service and nice maintenance of the house."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"During check in have taken some times before I got the key to go to my room as the room was not ready at exactly 1500 as supposed too. This have given a first bad impression and annoyed as i had to wait till i get confirmation for the key card is ready to be self collect from the mail box. The room impression is good and condition is clean enough which i did not notice any thing bad except that the curtain was one sided not properly position which indicate housekeeping did not take care to see the small detail well. During night I also notice small cockroach moving at bathroom sink which i have positioned my tooth brush and face cleaner. This indicate insect is living in the house. Other than that the aircond and the fan was working well the night was feeling quite cold so it does provide comfortable condition to sleep. The check out was easy as just need to leave the key card at the same mail box."
