"This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩
This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out.
They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out.
Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍"

RECEPTIONIST AGREED ONLY 1 HOUR LATE CHECK OUT. ADMIN/RECEPTIONIST SHOULD COORDINATE WITH HOUSEKEEPERS AS NOT TO DISTURB GUEST BETWEEN 12 PM - 1 PM ( LATE CHECKOUT PERMITTED TIME); DURING OUR STAY WHEREBY WE WERE BUSY PACKING UP OUR LUGGAGES AND IN THE BATHROOM.

JIMMY JYThe environment is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The 2nd-floor garden has so many photogenic spots with lovely greenery, and they even provide a BBQ area. It's just as impressive as the facilities on the 12th floor, like the gym and the beautiful night view from the pool. Some of the dining options aren't open yet, but for an apartment-style stay, this price is incredibly cheap and great value for money.
The hotel's interior isn't luxurious, but overall it's excellent! It comes with cutlery, utensils, an induction cooktop, a hairdryer, and toiletries. There's also a smart TV for entertainment. My only minor complaint is that there's nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Other than that, everything is fantastic! 👍🏻

Guest UserGreat place. It was self check-in and check-out. Had to call the owners before arriving there via Whatsapp. So there is no front desk. The place was good and spacious. The rooms were clean and well housekept. It is at a bit inside but no issues for us as we were driving. There are eating places and Shopping marts nearby (walking distance). Recommended.

Guest UserStay here for its location in the heritage area of Ipoh Old Town. Concubine Lane is the street parallel to Market St. A long time tea merchant, Leong Swee Sang is just a few doors away.
The interior of the hotel is Instagramable. The room is small, basic but clean. There is no wardrobe, and a hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the common area. The ensuite bathroom is big enough and there's hot shower.
The hotel is not for the elderly as there are no rooms at the ground floor and no lift. Live music from a nearby pub is audible till early hours in the morning on weekends.

There is a small library and reception room 📖；
There is purified water and a small kitchen；
You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals.
The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room.
The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English.
Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter.
It's very ceremonial!

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park.
Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean.
Definitely will recommend to friends.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
