AglaonemaBasically, it's a residence, so don't expect hotel-like services. It might be challenging if you're not an experienced traveler. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to change the towels on the second night 😑. There aren't enough elevators for the number of people. There are KTVs and clubs nearby, so you can hear loud bass until late at night. Also, there are a lot of families, so if you're not keen on children, be aware.

SuzyPCEverything about this hotel was great. The atmosphere was noble and elegant, and the restaurant food was delicious. The sky pool was a major highlight! We booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, which our child absolutely loved. The only minor drawback was that the executive lounge only offered a small selection of snacks and coffee, with no sodas or juices. This wasn't very kid-friendly for families. The executive lounge could definitely be improved. We would still love to come back and stay again if we get the chance.

JasvindersangayClean king suite. Good location near Tasik Cermin & caves. Easy access to restaurants. Good staff. Recommend some basic toiletries- cotton buds , separate shampoo & conditioner. Tv channel for kids only 1. Some channels a bit blur.

Anonymous UserGreat service and very attentive! Very safe area to stay with security guard taking care 24h. Pool was great and it doesn’t allow improper swimming attire to go in the pool. Very recommended for family stay!

Guest UserThe hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7.
However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.

Guest UserGreat location and easy access to food and attractions. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower head was poorly maintained and looked dirty. I reported the issue several times, but it was never attended to. A small item perhaps, but seeing it every day during the stay became quite frustrating. The hotel should improve its facility maintenance.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
