Nice stay with a fully functioning place, very suitable for a family stay since have a lot of attractions. Plus point the location are very near to all place since its in the city. Love the concept of the place and the decoration are top knots. Highly recommend to any one that wanted a nice and luxury vibe stay.

Big disappointment 😡key got issue!!! After late check in & try have good rest,end up the key jump off whole night at 5 time & try contact for solution but no one answered.Try imagine without AC? Totally big disappointment 😡

This is very bad living experience -toilet water comes out, very smelly. Only after complaint the staff help changed the room. -no tissue paper provided, only toilet paper. -no slippers provided. -always heard the lift sound, poor sound protection

The apartment is very new , and clean . There are lot of photos spots across the top floor and the garden at 2nd floor. The gym facilities is very well equipped. Plenty of carpark is available.I strongly recommend this hotel for family stay.

I stayed during a public holiday and school holiday period, so a large crowd was expected. Unfortunately, the check-in process took over two hours. I queued from 6:00 PM and only checked in around 8:30 PM. Initially, there were two staff members handling check-ins, but later only one remained. Credit to the staff member on duty he stayed calm and professional despite the heavy crowd and queue cutting incidents. The issue was clearly a lack of manpower and planning. Management should anticipate higher guest volumes during long weekends and streamline the check-in process. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the check-in experience needs significant improvement during peak periods.
