"The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them."

It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. "I had a pleasant stay. The room was good and spacious, and the toilet was clean. Parking was also free, which is very convenient. The only downside was that the towel provided had some visible stains on. I’m not sure what the stains were, but they weren’t blood. Hopefully this can be looked into for better cleanliness. Other than that, everything else was great."
