"We booked for a group of 8 women. The location was great, it was affordable, and spacious, which was fantastic! However, be aware that the circuit breaker trips very easily. We missed out on breakfast because you have to book it by 8 PM the day before, and we forgot two days in a row, which was a shame. The hotel staff who came to help when we had an issue were also very kind. You can borrow anything you need, so you can literally show up empty-handed. This is definitely the place to stay for large groups! Thank you very much. The view from the room was also superb!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for transportation and 24-hour shopping. However, the 3rd-floor SPA massage area was a bit messy, with service towels being dried directly in the hallway 😂. This detracts from the hotel's image."

If you encounter any problems, it's best to contact them using the hotel phone at the front desk. However, providing the key code is somewhat delayed; ideally, it should be provided to guests the day before."

"Excellent location to Kokusaidori and Asato izakayas. Very very clean with excellent shampoo, body soap and conditioner. The washing machine and dryer is a blessing and it's just so easy to do our laundry every day so we can pack light."

"we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again."

"The apartment rooms have a sense of age, but feel the level of hygiene is good! Location near Hugawa Station, a small ramp is acceptable ~ Pros: The staff has a good attitude, the room is cheap, there is an open fire stove, a large refrigerator, and an extractor hood to fry steak Cons: I don't know why there are small mosquitoes near the door, and one thing is unacceptable is the conditioner added a lot of water to dilute it feels quite bad"

"Naha west inn was a good place to stay in Naha. Appartment contain everything you need to stay for long time What should be improved: 1. Not all staff is polite and friendly (But most are very respectful and mind.) Someone didnt say even hello and goodbye when we checked inn and out. Icomparing.to.other place in Japan that was unrespectful 2. More wardrobes for belongings couod be great 3. 1 bottle of water could be cool when arrive lately 4. More diversity in breakfast food could be great"
