"The self-check-in process was a bit too smart for its own good, causing some minor issues. Just remember to carefully read your booking confirmation. It feels like a hands-off approach to management, but it's not necessarily bad. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very comprehensive. It's close to two decent-sized supermarkets, making it super convenient for cooking. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and the toiletries were all branded, showing the host's thoughtful touches. The only downsides are the lack of parking and its distance from various attractions. The closest, Naminoue-gu Shrine (via Asahibashi Station), is almost a kilometer's walk, and Kokusai Street is even further. The cleanliness of the room also heavily depends on the previous guest. The overall tidiness wasn't great, but if you're willing to do a bit of tidying yourself, it's not a big deal."

"First time at this hotel and stayed for 3 nights! The hotel is strategically located, 10-15 mins walk to the popular Kokusai Dori street, right above Mega Don Quijote that holds a wide variety of products and is open till 3am daily, a ＜5min walk to Tsubogawa station and a ＜15min ride to Naha airport. The hotel also provides free access to coffee and alcohol at selected timings, and the room comes with a microwave, a washer/dryer and sufficient space for luggages."

"This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service. We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food. The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing! We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather. Overall highly highly recommended!"

"Good location, it’s spacious, more like an apartment, comfortable and very clean. It will be easier if the hotel has a doorbell to reach the reception instead of knocking on the entrance glass door if guests arrived before or during check in time."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is very spacious and clean. It was equipped with a kitchenette and clean cooking utensils, cutlery, microwave, a washing machine and a dryer. The beds were comfortable too."

"The room was very clean, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. There are some ceramic shops within walking distance nearby. There's also a seafood market close by with delicious seafood. There are many paid parking lots around the hotel, but the parking fees are quite expensive. The only downside is that cooking amenities like the microwave are shared, and not available in individual rooms."

"A very good hotel. Everything is clean and has everything you need. A spacious room for three with a kitchen and closet. Clean sheets and towels. We stayed in a quadruple room, and everything was perfect. Fitness centers, a large market, and a shopping mall are located nearby. The location is very convenient. Quiet and peaceful. There's a washer and dryer. We definitely recommend it."
