Impeccable service, a location that can't be beat, and a room that had every amenity I needed. First and foremost, the service was outstanding and incredibly fast. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. From the moment I arrived, the team were not just friendly, but genuinely passionate about their jobs . They were attentive, welcoming, and efficient. Whether it was providing recommendations, or handling requests through their handy app, everything was done with a smile and at lightning speed. The housekeeping team was also on top of everything, ensuring the room was always fresh and clean . It’s the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just a room number. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Canggu. Situated on Jalan Pantai Berawa, the hotel puts you right in the heart of the action . It’s just a short walk to famous spots like Atlas Beach Club and Finns Beach Club, as well as La Brisa and Berawa Beach . Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and popular restaurants, the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat where I could relax . There are countless cafes, trendy breakfast spots, mini-marts, and even a salon right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient to explore the neighborhood on foot . Finally, I was impressed by how complete and well-thought-out the amenities and toiletries were. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed with a stylish, modern, and comfortable industrial-chic aesthetic . But it was the details that stood out. The amenities were top-notch, including high-end toiletries from a local brand and a unique bathtub that added a touch of luxury . Beyond the room, the hotel facilities are excellent, featuring a stunning rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym, and a cool communal atmosphere . Everything felt designed for comfort and convenience, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. In short, The Komu Canggu Bali delivers on every front. With its rapid and friendly service, unbeatable central location, and complete amenities, it’s the perfect base for a Canggu adventure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Stayed at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali recently and honestly had a really nice experience. The service here is what stood out first — the staff are genuinely warm and helpful, not in a forced hotel way but in a very natural, Balinese hospitality kind of way. Check-in was smooth and throughout the stay everyone was attentive and friendly. We booked a pool access room and I’d highly recommend doing that if you can. Being able to step straight from the room into the pool made it feel a bit more private and relaxing, especially in the mornings or late afternoon. The room itself was spacious with a big comfy bed, and the minibar being refilled daily (included) was a great bonus that you don’t always get elsewhere. Breakfast was another highlight — lots of variety, good quality food, and enough options that it didn’t feel repetitive even after a few days. Overall, really solid stay. Comfortable, great service, and good value for what you get. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."

"My stay at The Haven Bali Seminyak was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Balinese hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the peaceful ambiance—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Bali. The pool area was a highlight—serene, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. It truly felt like a tropical escape in the heart of Seminyak. Breakfast was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. What truly sets The Haven apart is the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and professionalism made my experience even more memorable. The location is also perfect—close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. Will surely come back and stay in this beautiful place."

"The room itself was comfortable and well presented. However, the location is very misleading and not actually in the main Jimbaran area. There is nothing nearby apart from very poor-quality restaurants, and the surrounding vacant buildings attract dogs that bark throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast at the hotel was good. While the staff were friendly, only a small number spoke English and staffing levels were limited. The air conditioning was ineffective in both the room and common areas, and despite having a control panel, the temperature could not be adjusted. The pool is also very shallow, at approximately one metre deep. Additionally, there is an extra fee required when using Grab to enter the street where the hotel is located, which was not mentioned anywhere prior to arrival."

"Amazing stay in Discovery Kartika plaza .. rooms are great and very big , non humid and no mold smell , great bed too .. staff is very attentive and caring and they make sure the guests are happy! Breakfast has a lot variety, (love the pastry) and all the restaurants have great food .. my favorite was Sucobe at the beach where I spend a lot of time .. they have 5 days a week bbq dinners at the beach with amazing show that is really something special !!! Discovery mall is next door great for purchasing some gifts, so the location is very convenient - Will be back !!!"

"The location is a bit remote, but we use Grab and Gojek apps to order taxi. Ideal for visitors who need a quiet place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and the service is excellent. Breakfast included in the price and quality is good served 6.30 until 10.30. Large family swimming pool to refresh your day."

"I had a great stay at Paripadi Canggu Studio. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a cold towel, which was really thoughtful because the weather was quite hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable, and when I accidentally stained the bedsheet, the staff helped to change it immediately, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a parking area that is shaded and not directly under the sunlight, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with warm service and good facilities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu."

"A very charming little hotel, slightly set back from the main road. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Breakfasts served on the rooftop by the pool were delicious and filling. We initially booked for just one night to decide if we liked it, but ended up rebooking because it exceeded our expectations. The beach is about 2 km away on foot, but it's no problem at all if you have a scooter."

"The hotel is located directly across the road from Kuta Beach, yet it's quite peaceful. The grounds are very lush, and all the architecture inside is in the Balinese style. I can't speak for the main building with balconies, as we stayed in a separate bungalow on the property. It was excellent! The furniture could be described as 'tired,' or perhaps 'almost antique' :) The bed was large and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily and thoroughly. The breakfasts were excellent, with a local flair, like local smoothie drinks. Delicious. During peak times, finding a table might be a little challenging. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, whose veranda opens directly onto Jalan Pantai and is popular with passersby – be prepared for many people wanting to dine there for lunch or dinner. Hookahs are also available. Next to the restaurant is a small pool, and there are almost always free sun loungers. There are several supermarkets nearby, the large Beachwalk Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away, and Hard Rock Cafe is in the other direction. But the main thing is, Kuta Beach and surfing are right opposite. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport (if you don't get stuck in the round-the-clock traffic jam on Jalan Pantai).
