"Excellent hotel, good location, responsive staff. They went with a friend to Yerevan for 6 days, considered budget options, as the journey was spontaneous, and the budget was relatively limited accordingly. Stop on Menua. The area at the hotel is not too picturesque, around the bus and construction shops, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy in the walk. First we were settled in a room on the first floor, but as it was different from the room we booked on trip.com, we changed it to a room on the 3rd floor without problems. The rooms are clean, there are all facilities, including sets with one-time toothbrushes, the only thing I didn't have - rubbish in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is important for those who like to walk on their two whole days :) To the center by taxi to go about 7-10 min, if there is no traffic jams. When leaving the hotel, we were asked to leave things in the room next to the receptors, which is very convenient given our late departure. The hotel will suit people who do not seek luxury, consider a comfortable option on money and location. If you are important to the picturesque territory around and walking to the main streets with institutions, I would recommend looking at a less budget option. If I go to Yerevan again, I will first consider this hotel, thank you ❤️"

"Excellent location – 5 minutes to the main square. Great price, approximately 6000 RUB/night for a double room from April 30, 2026, to May 1, 2026. The buffet breakfast offers below-average quality products: deli meats and sausages are low-grade, and the cheese is very basic. However, there are hot dishes like eggs and buckwheat. If you're staying for one night or need a budget-friendly option in the city center, this is a good choice for you. By the way, excellent coffee is available 24/7."

"This was my first stopover in Yerevan. Based on reviews, I found and stayed at this hotel. The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts. They are delicious and home-cooked with love. A huge thank you to her. We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel, check-in took just a few minutes, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The bed linen is clean, but the room is small. Everything you need is there, and toiletries are plentiful. One drawback: the standard room has a very small bathroom; the distance from the toilet and bidet to the shower stall is less than 500 cm. It's very inconvenient to use the toilet in this bathroom layout, but for a short stay, it's perfectly acceptable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. I recommend booking!"

"The hotel's biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing. While street noise tends to die down late in the evening, you can forget about getting any rest when neighbors come back to their rooms at 4 AM. Another issue is the door locks. If you hold the door open, it doesn't always close properly because the deadbolt engages prematurely (which is hard to notice once you've entered the room!). The result is a constant banging noise throughout the corridor, and judging by the sounds, this seems to be a systemic problem across all rooms."

"The aparthotel is very nice; we stayed from November 28th to December 2nd. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was a stovetop, electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils. The hosts themselves offered to clean the room any day. Overall, it's not too far from the center; you can walk there if you enjoy walking. We walked ourselves and found that the route to the center takes 15-20 minutes, an easy downhill stroll. However, it's worth keeping in mind that the hotel is located on a hill. There are two ways to get to the hotel: a spiral staircase or a road. The climb might be a bit challenging for older people and children, but we took a taxi to the center using Yandex; the fare was about 160 rubles."

"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."

"A wonderful apartment hotel with a great central location! There's a Carrefour supermarket next door (where you can pay with a VTB Mir card), and also a currency exchange. The staff are lovely, always ready to help with any question, friendly and welcoming – thank you for the cozy stay! The room has a mini-kitchen (stove, microwave, washing machine), and coffee/tea/sugar for two. Overall, this is a fantastic place for exploring Yerevan on foot!"

The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The room and common areas were kept clean throughout my stay, and I appreciated that the facilities were well maintained. The beds were comfortable enough for a hostel, and I had a good night’s sleep. I also liked the common space because it made it easy to meet people from different countries and share travel experiences. Overall, this hostel offered excellent value for money.
