The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place.

Comfortable, and fairly clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it's very close to the city center, just a few minutes' walk. Check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and check-in isn't until 3 PM, though usually it's 2 PM. I would recommend it.
