"The hotel is wonderful! The location is very convenient: close to the BTS, MRT, airport link, and a huge shopping mall. The hotel staff are very polite and kind. The room is clean, always has hot water, and good water pressure. There's a pleasant swimming pool with a beautiful view. We had breakfast at the hotel and were very satisfied! It's a European-style buffet with a great selection and delicious fruits."

"The hotel overall is great. The pool is beautiful and the views are good. It's close to two large shopping malls and the Train Night Market, making transportation very convenient. It's a ten-minute walk to the MRT Yellow Line station, and there are many restaurants and two 7-Elevens nearby. I've stayed at another hotel from the same group before and it was also good, so I expected good service and facilities here, and they delivered. It's definitely worth another visit."

"A wonderful hotel, perfectly located for public transport. There are plenty of places nearby with delicious food for every budget, from small stalls to Michelin-starred establishments. A really good massage parlor is just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and quiet, and there's a rooftop pool (pool towels are provided in the room). The staff are friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast is substantial and tasty (buffet style). The selection isn't huge, but it's there. Egg dishes are prepared individually for each guest. There are always vegetables and fruits. It's a good hotel, but our room had a problem with the toilet not flushing. The staff responded quickly and fixed the issue."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the room itself is spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a great variety, and there are afternoon refreshments available daily. The staff and managers were all very polite and welcoming. I was incredibly touched that they prepared a birthday cake and decorations for me."

"I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. 💓💓💓💓💓 The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬 If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐 The facilities here are excellent: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • Restaurant And the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me. For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10. As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average. Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future. Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. The elegant lobby set a welcoming tone immediately. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making exploration easy. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning skyline views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were the highlight; everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. "Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, lady staff at kiosk (near hotel bar) has poor attitude. We had a take away food on 3rd night stay in hotel restaurant where front desk manager granted us permission to served at restaurant. The lady was complaining in slow word with other staff. This is distingursting and disrespectful to house staff, i hope the action can be taken to improved.Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel recommended to solo, leisure traveller."

"Great location, but the facilities are a bit dated. If you're sensitive to Indian guests, you might want to reconsider. There are plenty of dining options nearby, mainly Thai and Indian cuisine, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the mall."

"1. The location is excellent, with the BTS (Skytrain) just 80 meters away, making transportation incredibly convenient. 2. For a twin room, the bed size is quite generous compared to other hotels in Bangkok. 3. The front desk service and staff were all very nice and incredibly welcoming. 4. There's a small bar on the hotel's rooftop, but unfortunately, it was raining the day we visited, so we couldn't go outside. The hotel also offers a spa, and the prices seemed fair, but we had already had massages twice outside the hotel, so we didn't try it. Maybe next time! 5. The only downside was that we stayed for four or five nights, and disposable items like slippers and toothbrushes were never replenished. I had to specifically ask for them each time."

"Im not going to be trust Trip.com ratings after this stay. The rating when i booked was 93/100 or ”Excellent.” This was on side road surrounded by massage parlors (some in same building), the sign of the hotel is torn and faded, i was greeting by a large dying cockroach as i walked to my door, there were very limited kitchen items in my ”1BR Suite,” some construction noise outside, and a bizarre raised barrier in the doorway of the bathroom (see photo) which I tripped on multiple times times, including when i used the bathroom in the middle of the night, resulting in a blackened toe."
