The problem was already solved, yet the front desk proactively reported it, and the manager took the initiative to call and follow up – this 'not pretending nothing happened' and layered accountability truly demonstrates the responsibility and commitment of a reputable establishment, which made me feel incredibly touched. Moreover, from the greeters at the entrance to the reception staff, every employee was professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and every dish at the Yami buffet restaurant was excellent. The roasted lamb chops, abalone with rice, hot pot beef, and especially the eel pot personally prepared by the head chef were outstanding. Next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"Hotel room is very large and bed is very comfortable. You are able to rent bikes just outside the hotel to help with visiting the city As for finding the hotel it can be a little difficult. You must take the elevator right beside the Tom and Jerry painting to the 17th floor then it’s the second hotel."

"The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day."

I was genuinely blown away by this Wabi-sabi style hotel! The creamy white rock walls create a natural soft glow. The large bathtub in the room, combined with Hainanese greenery 🍃 and arched windows, creates such an artistic and luxurious visual. The whole place is clean and stylish. After a bath 🛁, lying on the soft bed and watching a movie on the giant projector screen, all the day's fatigue just melted away. It's truly the perfect place for couples or friends looking to relax on holiday~"

"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"
