We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast had a great selection, and the facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay, and I will definitely be returning.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

My stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah was very satisfying. The location is incredibly strategic and close to the Grand Mosque (Masjidil Haram), which is very convenient, especially for pilgrims who want easier access to perform their prayers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for resting. The staff service was also excellent, friendly, and professional. The hotel facilities are complete, the hotel area is well-maintained, and the food options are quite varied. One of the main advantages of this hotel is certainly its location within the Abraj Al Bait complex, providing very easy access to both the Grand Mosque and various other necessities. Overall, Pullman ZamZam Makkah is an excellent hotel choice for a stay in Makkah. It's comfortable, the location is very strategic, and the service is satisfying. God willing, I would be happy to stay here again when I return to Makkah.

Had an absolutely fantastic summer stay on the 28th floor of the Sheraton Hotel in Mecca! The high-floor view was incredible, wide open and unobstructed, perfect for enjoying the clear summer skies. The AC in the room was powerful, keeping it cool and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the service was professional. Plus, the location was super convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
