AAsmhan alharbiThe hotel is beautiful and its location near the Haram is excellent, but the price is excessive. On top of the high room rate, parking costs extra. We paid 1600 for the room and an additional 240 SAR for parking.

Everything was fantastic. Entrance is through the Clock Tower so it gets really busy during the evenings but aside from that had no issues.
Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers.
What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry)
She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety.
The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners.
Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

MMUHAMAD IQWAN BIN MAZLANAl Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

EEMY34First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

NNunu43From a price perspective, the cost is very competitive and personally affordable for me. The location is far from the Grand Mosque (Masjidil Haram), so transportation is necessary. There is a hotel shuttle bus service to the Haram. The shuttle buses run on time, so do not expect the bus to return for guests who are left behind. It is a relaxed 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the Haram. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

AA R KhanMy stay at the voco hotel in Makkah was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the convenient location and the overall organization of the hotel services. Everything was well managed, and the facilities were modern and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend voco hotel in Makkah to anyone visiting the city. The combination of comfort, great service, and a welcoming environment made my stay memorable, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

MMina LuzonI booked executive room & expect a great amenities , the toilet is way too small.I arrived in Makkah early and sent an email two days before my arrival if I Check in little early but the hotel appear to be clueless about my request. The receptionist can speak fluent English
witch is great for Non Arabic speaking guest.

GGuest UserAmazing stay Brother Ahmad and the sister at reception were both helpful. We got checked in at 4pm… as it was busy took slightly longer than usual. Room service was outstanding. Location is brilliant plenty food around. Would stay here again only 10min walk. Best hotel in area! Rate is 4 Star!!!
