It's a good hotel with a great attitude receptionists
Pros:
-Very clean
-Good staff and services
-Amazingly good breakfast
Cons:
- Alittle far from Haram if you're walking (very fit male); it will take 20 to 30 mins going and up to 40 mins coming back
- water comes in bottles with very small portions (alot of plastic use, especially they market ”Water saving slogans everywhere”

The staff was brilliant from reception to house keeping everyone was so professional and ready to help. Every single person that I dealt with went the extra mile in providing the greatest service ever. I am so glad I stayed here. The breakfast menu was out of this world. Absolutely neat king Abdul aziz gate. As soon as you come out you can see Makkah. Will definitely recommend and will come and back and stay with them

Ahmed al bulushiThe breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold.
Staff are great and hotel was really nice.
Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner.

abretI was with a group of nine, including three small children. The room was quite spacious, and there was even room to cook.
The facilities listed '4 beds,' but we only got 3 beds. However, that was okay because we had a great bellboy, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
Breakfast had many options and could be brought to the room if packed (not on plates). There was a kind attendant who didn't limit our breakfast portions, so all 8-9 of us could eat our fill... this was really helpful, haha!
The location is super close, a straight walk directly to the Kaaba entrance.

محمد المبيضVery reasonable price, excellent hotel cleanliness, and away from the noise. There's a complex of restaurants and cafes in the hotel square, and a distinct mosque nearby. There's also a shuttle service to the Haram every hour, as well as a return service, but the return is annoying because you have to take two buses.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming.
The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right.
Definitely a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will surely come back again! 😊

She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. Guest UserNice clean hotel would definetly recommend to people on a. Budget, it’s around 15-20 mins walk from the grand mosque, loads of food options around and shopping, overall is very very good .
One of the downsides is the road is blocked off so some times cars can’t come to the hotel entrance for pick and drop so you have to drag/carry luggage but other than that all good
