Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy, amazing breakfast options and very easy to access supermarkets, shops and takeaways form the hotel without needing to leave the hotel.
The main stand out is the proximity to the haram.
Overall 10/10.

Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast had a great selection, and the facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly made this a memorable experience. SabShaariLove the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming.
The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right.

Moataz888I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable.
The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well.
The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.
