Absolutely delightful! Swissotel is definitely on my list for my next trip. The room was clean, tidy, cleaned daily, and the breakfast had a great variety. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning... I could've stayed there forever! 🥰😏😏

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable. Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Haram. However, you should still count on around 10 minutes to get there, including the time to go downstairs and walk to the Haram. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which was diverse and very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downsides were some noise in the corridors, and the elevator access card did not work properly about one time out of three. Overall, I had a good stay and found the hotel to be a convenient option for visiting the Haram.

I would recommend the stay here for the proximity to haram. However, house keeping needs to do better. Our sheets were not changed for days we had to complain twice. They apologized and fixed up.

The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities

I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable. The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well. The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
