"My stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria was excellent overall, perfect for both business travelers and families. The hotel is centrally located in the Ortigas business district, directly connected to a mall, with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby, making daily life incredibly convenient.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the overall soundproofing was good. Rooms on higher floors also offer stunning views of the Manila cityscape, with the night view being particularly beautiful. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, making it very convenient for both short business trips and longer stays.
The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring both local Filipino specialties and an international buffet, with consistently good quality. The staff were warm and professional, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out."

Lz****The surrounding area is incredibly convenient with plenty of supermarkets and shopping options. The room layout was well-designed and clean, though it only had large bath towels and no smaller hand towels. Everything else was pretty good. Drinking water isn't bottled, but there's a water dispenser by the elevator you can use. The room was quiet!

JD_TravelWynwood Hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Manila, close to SM shopping mall. There is also a small Starbucks café in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that a security deposit is required upon check-in. Overall, a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Guest UserWe loved our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, - strong wifi, comfy bed, hot/cold shower(but no shampoo) The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
Definitely staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

Didnt sleep well because of the noise from checked in til we checked out. Then, it looks like the beddings/sheets are not replace because something bit me and caused itchiness (rash or pantal). This is also happened to my partner.

Ficklehead06I am grateful to the staff that they upgraded me to a bigger and better room.
It has a spacious room. The location is magnificent and conducive to my business visits.
It is at the center of the ortigas and near the big malls of SM mega and Shangri-La Plaza.
The shower is very good with hot and cold setting and has a high pressure. However, They only lack a toiletry rack or shelf inside the shower area. It could have been better to have your bathing essentials within easy reach when showering.

Flor AngelineI had a huge discount from Trip.com for this and was able to upgrade to Junior Suite. It was very clean, spacious and has all amenities that you need in a hotel stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating which is always a plus for me when staying at a hotel to have the atmosphere set right.
Upon checking out, I have forgotten some items in the hotel. The staff was very helpful for my brother to retrieve it coz i'm not able to return to the premises anymore. But I still had them back. + 1 for the trustworthy service.

Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
