Very clean the room and beds smells good. Staffs are accommodating. Parking is perfect no hassle. everything is around the corner . near Robinsons mall and near Starbucks cafe.

Very bad experiance the service of the staff, specialy to the check in time. Even 1 hour only before the check in time they ask you for extra charge worth of 650 php . Also the room not cleaN properly.,Its so dirty

Overall, 2.5 stars. The price was certainly affordable, and the location was excellent. However, the room had no running water, no hairdryer, and no hot water for the shower. It was a massive disappointment and a total letdown!

The air conditioning has a strong moldy smell, which makes it unsuitable if you have asthma or are traveling with kids. The rooms are extremely outdated. Yes, the price is cheap, but other hotels at the same rate are far more decent. We had to request a room change three times because of the odor, and it was still an issue. The only positive was that some staff members were accommodating, but overall, this hotel was a terrible experience.
