HHana7We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldnāt take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

AAnonymous UserThis is a āloveā hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore itās pointless to book it in advance for several nights. Thereās absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what youāre looking for. Only recommend if all youāre looking for is privacy.

GGuest UserEnjoyed our stay in this cosy flat. Check in was a bit of a process and it was definitely a small apartment but good enough for a short stay. The bathroom and living room both stylish and the bed was the most comfy ever ! I want to get the brand of the linen ! Apartment building isn't in the most convenient location but 7/11 is walking distance. To eat our you would need to go to SM Megamall about 15 minutes by taxi.
Nice swimming pool but had to pay 200 pesos each. Otherwise a nice and relaxing stay. OK, for a short stay.

CClaire2930Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. Itās a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if weāre just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didnāt bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husbandās conference nearby, and honestly, Iām a bit shy when it comes to asking if somethingās missing or kulang in the room.
The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate Iāve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation š

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

We stayed to celebrate my mommyās and cousinās birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. AAnonymous UserAlthough rooms with garage parking are actually available upon arrival, the online booking system shows that no parking is available. Because of this, guests are required to pay an additional parking fee when they get to the property. When you compute the total cost, it ends up being almost the same as the regular rate, making the online discount essentially meaningless. This was very disappointing, especially since the listing states that free parking is included as an amenity.
