The place is clean and location is good. Food is great and affordable. However, the counter staff/front desk (upon our check-out) was unable to handle complaint effectively - frowning while doing the payment transaction. She didn’t bother to issue an official invoice or receipt after we made the payment as well.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The aircon was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.

Location was good but the amenities are not that okay. AC was not cold enough, and the water in the bathroom is not clean when we use it, we have to wait until it's clear
