Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Ive been to many hotel in ortigas for business trip, and i feel citadines is good but overrated for the stars in trip. The receptionists mainly overnight receptionists are very kind and nimble though. They have stove, microwave and utensils, thats best. You cant use hotel slipper in restaurant i think for most hotel in ph but here they very strict for this one, i cant enter made me back to upstairs. Food was delicious but not so variative.

No words. Pretty excellent. Now I know why Marriot Bonvoy is pretty much good. The only thing that stuck on my head was receptionist tho, she thought I didnt prepaid hahaha so almost got 2x price. But was no problem! Bout food, ive been to 7 hotels in ortigas and i could say the best in ortigas!

This hotel has been a long-standing business hotel in the area. The location is great, the staff are friendly, and it's perfect for business trips in the vicinity. The street environment is pleasant, and it offers good value for money. However, the water pressure is low, and compared to newer buildings, the room condition is something to consider.

This is actually my second time staying at Hotel Dreamworld, but this has been my most amazing experience yet, as it's my first time staying at a hotel with a friend. The staff were very kind; for instance, when we realized there were no towels or a remote, they were delivered to our room within minutes. The same goes for the food we ordered – it arrived quickly. The food was delicious, and we were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold, ensuring we had a great night's sleep. Plus, the Wi-Fi was strong. We had a pleasant stay at Malayan Plaza. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Everyone was accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the service in the dining area was good, the buffet itself had limited options and could offer more variety and better quality. Enhancing the breakfast selection would make the overall guest experience even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the breakfast buffet will be improved in the future.

I have been to this property multiple times since 2022 and the receptionists are all friendly. First time to book in trip.com for the stay for my friends.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
