HHana7We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldnāt take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

We stayed to celebrate my mommyās and cousinās birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. GGuest UserI have stayed in the Malayan Plaza many times before and the experiences WERE great, but in my recent stay, there are changes already. Maybe because the bldg was new before when I stayed.
Bad smell as you walk along the alley of 10th floor where my room at. Also bad smell is diffusing in the basement parking. Food is no longer great and many this time.
One thing hasnāt changed, the accommodating staff.

MMean BeeExceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.
