Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila

Ive been to many hotel in ortigas for business trip, and i feel citadines is good but overrated for the stars in trip. The receptionists mainly overnight receptionists are very kind and nimble though. They have stove, microwave and utensils, thats best. You cant use hotel slipper in restaurant i think for most hotel in ph but here they very strict for this one, i cant enter made me back to upstairs. Food was delicious but not so variative.

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel I love the location and the size is spacious enough for me and my family of four check in and out is pretty quick. I will definitely be staying in this place again.

Good customer service. I need to check out early and requested for pre-prepared take away breakfast. The request was fulfilled!

We had a problem with the check-in out we had stayed there before about 2 months ago no problem we took our dog they normally charge 2000 pesos on check in a 1000 a day but this time they didn’t However when we left they charged us 10000 pesos because they said our dog had pee the room is was not true it actually was the air conditioning unit which smelt they also said the towels were left dirty!!!!we had to use a towel on the floor as there was no door mat!! Having got the manager involved she reduced it to 5000 pesos but it has left a bad taste However we shall go back and we demonstrate what a customer does expect from the hotel

Cleaned and very accomodating

I like Citadines properties. This was good but not as good as others in Manila. Appreciated hot shower. TV offerings were limited compared to other Citadines properties The restaurant adjacent provided a good buffet. Two blocks away from Robinson’s for easy shopping or dining.

Good hotel in a very strategic location. There are many restaurants around the hotel ranging from local food to cafés and fast food, plus convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. It made the stay very hassle-free, especially after long work days. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough for rest. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The surrounding area is active and convenient without being overly crowded. Recommended for travelers who prioritize accessibility, food options, and convenience.
