"The room is clean and the location is very good. It is in the city center. It is a 5-minute walk from Constitution Square. It is next to the subway station 1.2 Line transfer station. It is convenient to travel. The hotel facilities are a bit simple, there is no extra thing. There are a few tables in the lobby, you can buy things and eat them upstairs. At first, I would worry about whether it would be hot without air conditioning, but in fact, the weather here is quite cool and the problem is not very big."

"This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown. The first day, the bed was a bit dirty, but after I told a staff member, they changed it for us to a clean one. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions like the National Palace, churches, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bank Museum."

"Later I learned that this hotel has a long history and has hosted many celebrities. The interior layout is very classic, making it quite quiet. Other services are quite efficient, and room service is prompt. The room facilities are basic, but I think they are very good for an overseas hotel, and the price-performance ratio is quite high. Its location is also excellent, close to the metro station and very close to the Rome area. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I think this hotel offers extremely good value for money."

"Strange looking decoration, a bit cold and not cosy big room. The bed was rather hard and it was hard to shave with the horrible light in the washing basin. Didn’t like the surroundings of the hotel and it was hard to find a nice place to eat. Bring some earplugs in case you get some inconsiderate guests next to you or above you. I would not return here…"

"El punto positivo del hotel es que está muy bien decorado para mi gusto. Puntos negativos La ventanas de las habitaciones no aíslan el ruido, son a patio interior donde las habitaciones están directamente encima de los salones de la recepción y se oye el timbre de la puerta, la gente hablando y tienen una fuente de agua que un día, un domingo, la pusieron en marcha a las 7:00 de la mañana, más ruido. El descanso no es bueno. El servicio es muy amable, pero poco eficientes. El primer día les comenté que quería la limpieza diaria en la habitación y el tercer día llegamos a la habitación y no habían limpiado nada. La persona responsable del Hotel en ese momento nos pidió disculpas, pero lo único que podía hacer era traernos toallas limpias. Nos dijo que al día siguiente nos limpiarian y cambiarían sábanas, pero al día siguiente limpiaron y no cambiaron las sábanas. Por otro lado, mi habitación era una suite con dos estancias, una de las habitaciones tenía una lámpara en el techo con tres bombillas de las que solo funciona una y una lamparita al lado de la cama que no funcionaba. Uno de los días la única bombilla del techo que funcionaba dejó de funcionar. Se lo enseñamos a la responsable del Hotel, pero en lo que continúo la estancia no pusieron más bombillas. La única luz de esa habitación era una lámpara en un escritorio, con lo cual para levantarte por las noches teníamos que hacer uso de la luz del móvil."

"Checked in on the 21st and checked out on the 24th. I wanted to check out a day early because I had a flight to catch on the 24th and there was a big strike in Mexico City, but the hotel wouldn't agree no matter how I tried to negotiate, which left a bit of a bad taste. Overall, the hotel was just okay. Breakfast was mediocre, the coffee was bland, and there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. Perhaps its only redeeming quality is its proximity to the Zócalo."

"Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. There's unlimited complimentary drinking water, and the lobby offers free, endless drinks, pizza, milk, and fruit – enough to cover two meals for those with smaller appetites! The room size is just right, the mattress is comfortable and large enough for a family of 3-4 people. The bathroom is very well maintained. It's an older hotel, but its quality is definitely online thanks to excellent upkeep. The breakfast, which is quite Western-style, was the same both days I was there. Booking in advance offers a slightly better value for money, so I definitely recommend it!"
