Had a great experience! It's right next to Metro Line 3 and there are tons of restaurants nearby, including Chinese food and tacos. There's this one amazing taco place with three birria tacos for only 40 MXN. Also, a small shop with super fresh fried seafood. The Ibis has a fantastic location and the staff are incredibly friendly, which made me feel very safe. You can also pick up some local tequila at CAVA BELLIZIA.

The room size, cleanliness, and hotel service were just adequate, which is understandable given the price. However, I have to say, the hotel's location is excellent. Subway Line 3 is right downstairs, and if you want to visit Chinatown, churches, or other attractions, they are all within a 15-minute walk. Not to mention the convenience for eating Chinese food, local snacks, and so on – the transportation is incredibly convenient!

Excellent location near a subway station with plenty of dining options. It's a short walk to the Palace of Fine Arts, and there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. The express bus station is also conveniently close, and ordering takeout is a breeze.

This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown. The first day, the bed was a bit dirty, but after I told a staff member, they changed it for us to a clean one. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions like the National Palace, churches, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bank Museum.

Excellent location and met our needs perfectly for touring around Mexico City! Easy to locate and comfortable to sleep! No extra perks and hard to communicate in English with staff- but easy check in and check out!

DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you are a solo female traveler. This hotel breached fundamental safety and hospitality standards.Due to a flight delay, I arrived late. The room assigned to me was in near-total darkness because BOTH primary lights were broken. It was impossible to see anything or stay safely. When I immediately requested a room change or repair, the night staff flatly refused, claiming no one was available to help. I was trapped in a dark, unsafe environment at midnight in Mexico City because it was too dangerous to step outside at that hour. The moment it was daylight, I evacuated this hotel and moved to a safe competitor. Worse, when I requested a refund for the unstayed nights, the hotel management LIED to my booking agent, claiming I stayed for the entire duration just to keep my money. This is a fraudulent, dishonest business practice. They will give you a broken, unsafe room and then falsify reports to steal your money. Accor Corporate HQ has been notified of this malpractice. Avoid at all costs.

Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money.

The Perfect Base for Exploring CDMX A fantastic, high-value stay! This Ibis is the definition of 'no-frills' done right—everything works perfectly and all the essentials are included without any unnecessary fuss. The location is truly second to none; being right next to the Juárez metro and steps from Alameda Central made exploring Mexico City so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. At this price point, you really cannot ask for more!
