The minute you walked into that hotel you could smell the mold in the front lobby which was quite unpleasant. When you get to the room the floors are kind of stained and I had the most hideous view of a parking lot and I was off the first floor. You tell the people that work there were apathetic! I had to take an Uber back and from the airport because they only go in the hour and I wasn't waiting an hour for $10 each way! There was only a bottle of soap and a bottle of shampoo in the room no amenities no slippers which I didn't really expect cuz room was 60 us a night and there were no body lotion and it just had absolutely nothing in it. Also the bathroom countertop had some gross sticky stain on it that kind of freaked me out a little bit and the water leaked from the sink it went backwards on to their tacky linoleum. I have reservations to stay there again and I am canceling and finding some place it's more pleasant. By the way this hotel does not have a refrigerator in the room which is weird and it does not have CNN just Fox News which makes me want to throw something at the TV!! LOL I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures I was tired I was supposed to be there for 16 hours but my plane was 6 hours delayed. I'm canceling my reservation in April I'm going to find some place a nicer to stay. As for the location there was a Walmart across the street but I didn't arrive till 11:00 p.m. and had to leave at 6:30 a.m. to make my flight. They're transfers are on the hour so it doesn't really help you if you want to go on the half hour or arrive a half hour at the Mexico City Airport which doesn't sound fun either. Really sorry fellow travelers that I didn't take pictures!

Very clean rooms. Very friendly reception staff. Free shuttle bus service every hour to the airport. Big shopping mall in walk(ing distance. My place to stay near the airport

The only reason we booked at the hotel was for the promotion offering free shuttle service to the GNP Seguros for concerts, however, they failed to mention that they only reserved spaces for the first 30 people who wrote their name down. Kind of threw us off our plans as we are not from Mexico and wanted the safety of a hotel shuttle service to take us to and back from the concert. We managed to squeeze in on the shuttle to go and when we were going the shuttle had 3 extra spaces as 3 persons had reserved their seats and not shown up. We also noticed that people that had written their names down did not write down their room number assigned to them as we did so we don't even know if spaces taken were taken by guests of the same hotel.
