"This hotel is absolutely perfect for a vacation! The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning scenery – every photo taken turned out to be a masterpiece. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel utterly relaxed and well-cared for.
I especially want to commend their breakfast. The variety was extensive, and the food was both exquisite and delicious. Enjoying a wonderful meal while admiring the view every morning was the ultimate vacation experience.
The only minor drawback is the hotel's elevated location, making walking up and down the hill quite strenuous. Therefore, I had to take a taxi almost every time I went out. However, a single trip only costs about 50,000 to 70,000 Vietnamese Dong (equivalent to just a few dozen ********* dollars). Spending a small amount for convenience and unparalleled breathtaking views is still incredibly worthwhile overall. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"I initially booked a specific room requirement, but when I arrived, the requested floor wasn't available. So, I settled for the first floor, which turned out to be quite good. Since I was too lazy to move my luggage, I stayed there for my entire trip. If you're particular about room cleaning, you'll definitely need to explicitly tell the cleaning staff, otherwise, it will be done very casually. After I reported this issue to the front desk, it was promptly addressed and improved, which was quite efficient! The environment is nice, but I couldn't find a restaurant that suited my taste. However, the breakfast was excellent. Personally, I found the food at the other restaurants to be too salty for my liking."

"A decent overall stay. The rooms are big, bathrooms are small and basic. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not too good. The outside garden and pool area is nice, also there's a private beach that they constantly clean but unfortunately due to the nature of the area, the water and beach are often with rubbish. The surrounding are very noisy, there's a mosque nearby that blasts prayers through speakers multiple times a day, so if you don't want to get woken up by this get some earplugs. As for the location it's a bit out of thr town so you're going to have to walk for 30min or rent a scooter. There's a nice dive shop in the back, Wet Frog which makes it quite convenient. A ok overall stay, but short of great."

We spent two nights at Pink Beach Co-Living after our Komodo boat tour and were absolutely thrilled!
What we particularly liked:
Rooms & Cleanliness: The hotel is very new and well-maintained. The room was surprisingly spacious and, unlike many other accommodations, smelled wonderfully pleasant and fresh. The bathroom was spotless – a highlight was the extra face and hand towels, which is extremely rare in Indonesia!
Amenities: A beautiful pool, a great rooftop terrace, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
Service: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They easily arranged a taxi to the airport for us and were immediately on hand to answer all our questions.
Conclusion: Beautiful, very comfortable, and absolutely recommendable. We would come back anytime!"

"Let's start with the positives. The hotel is perched on a hillside overlooking the sea, offering a fantastic location. Our deluxe sea-view room also had an excellent view directly of the ocean, as shown in the photo taken with my Fuji – stunning!
Now, for the objective downsides. On the day we arrived, our flight from Bali to Komodo landed at 1 PM. Hotel check-in time is 3 PM, and we had booked an Ayana sunset cruise for 4 PM. So, a week before our trip, I emailed the hotel via Trip.com requesting an early check-in by 1 hour, perhaps at 2 PM, so we could shower and relax. However, upon check-in, the hotel informed us there were no rooms available for early check-in and that they hadn't received any notification, stating that Trip.com's email address was invalid... It was a big misunderstanding. The hotel's initial attitude wasn't great; they felt they weren't obligated to arrange an early check-in, suggesting that checking in at 3 PM would still leave enough time for a 4 PM cruise. 😂 In the end, after I firmly insisted, they finally arranged a check-in for 2:30 PM! Thankfully, the sunset cruise was a lot of fun, and the subsequent service was all good. For anyone needing an early check-in, I recommend calling the hotel directly, as emails seem to go astray."

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club.
I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

I stayed here for 12 nights in April and loved it!
I booked the breakfast package and it's well worth it. There's mostly local dishes which are absolutely delicious and also some western dishes. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from. I was always offered eggs, which I declined because I was happy with what was there. If you're leaving early for a tour you're offered a little breakfast box to take with you.
The location is excellent being 10 minutes walk from the airport. If you want a taxi it's only 50,000 idr. There are numerous eateries within a 10 minute walk and an excellent massage place about 2 minutes walk away. Because the hotel is close to town and the harbour, tour companies offer pick up and drop off.
I was really happy with my room, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge and most importantly, an air conditioner. I had twin beds and the bed was like a king single size and roomy enough for me. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower, a toilet and toilet paper.
The hotel has complimentary bottled water and you can use these bottles to refill from a water dispenser which is located on every floor.
I was on the 7th floor and the views were great from there. I knew there was no lift when I booked, but this wasn't an issue for me. I found it was good exercise and helped to work off the numerous delicious breakfasts.
All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they're all so happy and I was always made to feel welcome. You get asked if you want your room cleaned, advice on places to see and they always know someone that can take you somewhere. Stand out person was Andri, he was so lovely and helpful.

Alex wangailongOur original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed.
Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could.
Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

I have to say, Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo by IHG lives up to the Crowne Plaza brand's quality control.
First, let's talk about the distance. It's 700 meters from the airport. If you don't have much luggage, you can walk; just exit the airport and turn right. However, if you call a taxi, for this short distance, they will charge you 100,000 IDR (approximately 37-43 RMB, depending on the exchange rate). Even if the hotel calls a taxi for you, it's 100,000 IDR everywhere you go. It feels like a complete rip-off.
Next, the environment. The environment is excellent. There are no mosquitoes, and the bedding is clean. However, there are no windows that can be opened; it's a full floor-to-ceiling window, completely sealed. Downstairs is the pool, and the pool water is very clean.
Then, the service awareness. The doorman who opens the car door for you will greet you and open the door, but when you check in at the front desk, no one helps you take your luggage upstairs. When they cleaned the room the next day, the bathrobes weren't replaced, and amenities like combs and toothbrushes weren't refilled.
Finally, the dining. The breakfast is decent and suits a Chinese palate. However, the hotel only provides two bottles of water. You have to ask the front desk for more, but they will only give you two bottles at a time. You can ask for more unlimited times, but it's always just two bottles at a time.
Other than that, it's quite good.
I recommend a barbecue restaurant: The Smoke House Komodo | BBQ & Grill | Beer On Tap. The food is very good, but it's quite expensive, approximately 400-1000 RMB.

The sheets had stains, but the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It's right next to a popular ice cream shop and offers great value for money. Plus, it's directly opposite the boat tours, so you can just wait at the hotel to board.

The room was really spacious and even had a balcony! It's super close to the airport and just around the corner from the main street. Out of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Indonesia, this was definitely our favorite hotel! They cleaned our room every day, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile. When everyone you meet is smiling, it's impossible to be in a bad mood, right?! Hahahaha, I didn't take any hotel photos, only pictures of the beautiful Komodo scenery.

The hotel itself is newly renovated. The rooms are comparable to a budget hotel back home, but by local standards, it's quite good for a standard hotel. It's clean and comes with basic toiletries. There's a fridge at the front desk on the ground floor, offering free bottled water and drinks – a real lifesaver in Komodo's heat! You can just grab whatever you need. During my week-long stay, the fridge always had bottled water, Fanta, and local tea drinks.

This place deserves a 5-star review. Everything was perfect, especially if you’re staying in a hostel. The bedsheets and rooms were clean, and you could literally hear them cleaning the toilets and common areas every day.
The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly. I’ve travelled quite a lot, but I have never felt the same warmth and loveliness from people elsewhere, quite emotional on my last day leaving them to be honest. Lovely folks! I absolutely loved this stay and will definitely come back again if I visit Labuan Bajo in the future.

Guest UserThe place is not remote. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It takes only two steps to go to the supermarket on the main road to buy things. The room is also very clean. The wifi mineral water is available. It is to catch up with the earthquake. The quality of the house is also very good. No problem.
