This hotel wasn’t the most expensive one I’ve booked, yet it delivered the best experience by far. Perched on a cliff, it is fully equipped with complete facilities and surrounded by stunning scenery. The hotel’s bougainvillea blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. You can witness four distinct breathtaking views throughout the day — morning, noon, afternoon and sunset, with the sunset being exceptionally gorgeous and perfect for photos. The hotel staff are incredibly warm; they are the most thoughtful and friendly service workers I encountered during my entire trip across Indonesia. All the hotel restaurants serve fantastic food. The main restaurant offers Asian, Italian and even Chinese cuisine, which suits the taste of our Chinese family perfectly. The Kiks Seafood Restaurant in the evening stands out especially, serving the most delicious grilled seafood I have ever tasted. Compared with Ayana in Bali, the service here is superior. The staff are more welcoming and always wear smiles, making me feel right at home. There are never too many guests, so it never feels crowded. Whether you are dining, relaxing on a lounge chair, playing in the swimming pool, wandering along wooden boardwalks, joining sunset tours or enjoying sea activities, everything feels comfortable, free and laid-back the entire time. This is what a real vacation ought to be like. I don’t even need to travel elsewhere; spending five or six days staying inside this hotel would be absolutely perfect. The hotel also provides a full range of recreational activities. We only stayed for two days and left wishing we could stay longer. The housekeeping staff folded adorable monkey and animal shapes out of towels for us. Without a doubt, this is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in, and the only one I’m eager to revisit. The hostel has a fantastic vibe, and it's super clean, making for a really comfortable and worry-free stay – highly recommend it! The facilities are complete, the rooms are spotless, the common areas are cozy, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience.

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

Our stay in the Mountain View cabin with private pool was amazing. Awesome view from the room across to the balcony and pool. It was very relaxing to just keep cool in the pool and/or having breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room, shower etc were spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I’ll be coming back to stay in this room again.

A beautiful hotel at the center of Labuan Bajo. Walking distance to the seafood street (when exiting the hotel, walk go the left), and there's a mall next to it on the right, with a Starbucks, KFC, convenience store and some shops, lots of food options down the street. Hotel lobby is beautiful, with an open space looking towards the waters. Rooms are okay, amenities a bit lacking (no slippers, only 2 big towels). Noise from the boats are way too loud (start very early in the morning), so provided earplugs are useful. Had a seaview room and didn't hear the prayers from the mosque nearby. Extremely satisfied with this resort! The hotel itself isn't huge, but the environment is fantastic. You can shore dive directly from the jetty, and there are tons of fish and large coral reefs! Snorkeling gear is provided. The service is also excellent; the laundry service is super fast and reasonably priced. The bathroom is open-air, but it's not an issue at all. The restaurant prices are a bit high, but the drinks are good, and they can even be delivered to your beach chair. Enjoying the sea breeze at night is incredibly comfortable!

I stayed here for 12 nights in April and loved it! I booked the breakfast package and it's well worth it. There's mostly local dishes which are absolutely delicious and also some western dishes. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from. I was always offered eggs, which I declined because I was happy with what was there. If you're leaving early for a tour you're offered a little breakfast box to take with you. The location is excellent being 10 minutes walk from the airport. If you want a taxi it's only 50,000 idr. There are numerous eateries within a 10 minute walk and an excellent massage place about 2 minutes walk away. Because the hotel is close to town and the harbour, tour companies offer pick up and drop off. I was really happy with my room, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge and most importantly, an air conditioner. I had twin beds and the bed was like a king single size and roomy enough for me. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower, a toilet and toilet paper. The hotel has complimentary bottled water and you can use these bottles to refill from a water dispenser which is located on every floor. I was on the 7th floor and the views were great from there. I knew there was no lift when I booked, but this wasn't an issue for me. I found it was good exercise and helped to work off the numerous delicious breakfasts. All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they're all so happy and I was always made to feel welcome. You get asked if you want your room cleaned, advice on places to see and they always know someone that can take you somewhere. Stand out person was Andri, he was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommended this place.

The double room and its en-suite bathroom at this hotel are quite spacious, offering a comfortable environment. However, there was an issue with insufficient hot water supply at night, which could affect the showering experience. The air conditioning's cooling performance was poor, and it produced a lot of noise when running, somewhat impacting the room's peacefulness. On the positive side, the in-room facilities are well-appointed, and the hotel's service is very attentive, promptly meeting guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage will need staff assistance for carrying it, which is a slight inconvenience for travel convenience.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

The place is not remote. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It takes only two steps to go to the supermarket on the main road to buy things. The room is also very clean. The wifi mineral water is available. It is to catch up with the earthquake. The quality of the house is also very good. No problem.
