Hotels with balcony in Komodo

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

Facilities: Well-equipped and worth the price. Cleanliness: Spotless, no need to worry much. Environment: The Komodo 'ceiling' (meaning top-tier/best you can get), no need to compare; it's outstanding even in the off-season. Service: Warm and friendly, always responsive, communication was smooth. Although the food was mostly 'white people food' (Western cuisine), the quality was very good, and the flavors (both salty and mild) could still satisfy a Chinese palate. Wishing the hotel great business and many more 'fish' (guests)!

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

This is my second time staying here. It's a great place to relax between activities. It's close to the airport, and you can walk to the main street with bars in about 20 minutes. Yet, you feel like you're in a secluded spot with a beach and a pool. The staff and rooms are all excellent. The buffet breakfasts are delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the laundry service. My friends and I sent our clothes for washing, but all the stains remained – they were just refreshed. And the cost was quite high for that.

We had an overnight in Labuan Bajo before our morning flight to Maumere. I wanted something close to the airport but also close to food options near the main ***** in town since we had no motorbike or driver arranged for the day. Value for money this was good choice. The room is huge and had two AC units, a small two seater dining table, a sofa and big fridge in the room. Kettle, coffee and tea were also provided in the room. The staff were nice, and helped with arranging our AM taxi. Overall would stay again if only going to be in LBJ for 1-2 nights but not really a place to chill. No pool or real view on the lower floors. One last thing to note, the hotel is close by to the main strip/street with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops / grocery stores but you have to walk up and down a steep hill. Ok for us but maybe not ok for elderly.

Booked the room with the single bed which was small. The bathroom is also tiny and showering will cause the toilet and sink to become wet. The room was near the road and reception so there was traffic noises and people talking loudly outside early in the morning. The pluses were that there was a water dispenser conveniently outside the room and it is a great location within walking distance of lots of eateries.

The room was really spacious and even had a balcony! It's super close to the airport and just around the corner from the main street. Out of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Indonesia, this was definitely our favorite hotel! They cleaned our room every day, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile. When everyone you meet is smiling, it's impossible to be in a bad mood, right?! Hahahaha, I didn't take any hotel photos, only pictures of the beautiful Komodo scenery.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.
