I was really satisfied with this hotel in Komodo. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all great. Check-in was a bit slow, but I didn't experience any discrimination. Every staff member greeted us proactively, and there was even a kind male staff member who played foosball with my child. The 8th-floor restaurant was even better; it was the best food I've had in Indonesia over several trips, and the prices were reasonable. I emailed the hotel beforehand about a birthday setup, and they delivered on their promise, which was fantastic. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of trash in the sea near the hotel entrance. Although I know it drifts from elsewhere, I hope they can step up their efforts to clean it up. Everything else was perfect. Great value for money, highly recommended!

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

Our original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed. Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could. Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Fantastic location, great views and clean room! My flight got cancelled so i could only check in one day later which they accommodated in terms of timing. I was able to call them through Trip.com and managed to communicate with them quite easily. Room was cleaner than expected! No insects at all, only 2-3 spiders. No hair found on sheets or sofa, no clogged drains, no foul smells. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it is accessible through lift and stairs. Sound wise, i could hear the water and door opening from the next room, nothing else. In the mornings you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and sometimes roosters crowing, pretty nice to wake up to. The sounds aren't loud enough to be disruptive. Aircon seems very new. No old musty smells, very clean and fresh. Hotel staff are responsive and helpful too. Overall, I would stay here again! Rooms are clean and spacious, it's a short 5 min walk to town, a convenient walk to the airport and has a great Italian restraunt next door.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The only minor drawback is that the rooms are a little bit small, haha. But the service, well, that goes without saying – it's top-notch. The rooftop restaurant isn't even that expensive, and they even had World Cup viewing events. The hotel is super close to the pier, just a 10-minute walk. The little street below has a KFC and Starbucks, making it really convenient for Komodo island hopping. All in all, it was the perfect end to our graduation trip after the 'gaokao' (college entrance exam).

The double room and its en-suite bathroom at this hotel are quite spacious, offering a comfortable environment. However, there was an issue with insufficient hot water supply at night, which could affect the showering experience. The air conditioning's cooling performance was poor, and it produced a lot of noise when running, somewhat impacting the room's peacefulness. On the positive side, the in-room facilities are well-appointed, and the hotel's service is very attentive, promptly meeting guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage will need staff assistance for carrying it, which is a slight inconvenience for travel convenience.

Best parts: ocean view rooms have a stunning view, and the balcony was lovely to sit and admire the view. Breakfast buffet was very solid, and the availability of packed breakfast boxes for day trips is very nice. Free airport shuttle was much appreciated. Worst parts: price is quite high for the area and the bathroom especially didn't meet the price expectations. No actual soap/hand soap, shower wasn't super nice, although it was clean. Other notes: it's about a 20-minute walk to the centre of the main *****. Great to be away from the main area and I was happy to walk to and from the main ***** as needed, otherwise I guess taxis can be used. The photo attached is the view from a room on the top floor. At time of my stay there are big construction areas around the property but I didn't have any noise inconveniences during my time.

Overall, this is a unique and memorable accommodation with a beautiful view, a cozy room, and genuinely friendly staff. One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

The room was really spacious and even had a balcony! It's super close to the airport and just around the corner from the main street. Out of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Indonesia, this was definitely our favorite hotel! They cleaned our room every day, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile. When everyone you meet is smiling, it's impossible to be in a bad mood, right?! Hahahaha, I didn't take any hotel photos, only pictures of the beautiful Komodo scenery.
