Amazing
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options. There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing
If you want to enjoy the hotel things this one is a great option. They got their beach and they have SUP for free. Swimming pool just next to the beach meanwhile you can chooses both in once. I like the room they are great for me. Great style which I feel relax. Hotel have the shuttle to the airport. If you want to go to the town which is near the port is about 6min to take a car or motor here.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

This place operates as both a hotel and a hostel, and we chose an individual room for added privacy. Social spaces like the rooftop bar and pool are great for meeting people and create a fun atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet’s drainage pipe, but aside from that, everything was close to perfect. At this price point, there’s really not much to complain about.

What a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

A really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

The hotel has a nice environment and every employee is friendly and has a smile on their face. The room is also clean, the hygiene is very good, the view from the top floor is very good, and the location is convenient, right on the main street. It is convenient for shopping, eating, day trips and renting motorcycles. It is recommended to stay here.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

张张The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.
