BosomWorldThis hotel wasn’t the most expensive one I’ve booked, yet it delivered the best experience by far. Perched on a cliff, it is fully equipped with complete facilities and surrounded by stunning scenery. The hotel’s bougainvillea blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. You can witness four distinct breathtaking views throughout the day — morning, noon, afternoon and sunset, with the sunset being exceptionally gorgeous and perfect for photos.
The hotel staff are incredibly warm; they are the most thoughtful and friendly service workers I encountered during my entire trip across Indonesia. All the hotel restaurants serve fantastic food. The main restaurant offers Asian, Italian and even Chinese cuisine, which suits the taste of our Chinese family perfectly. The Kiks Seafood Restaurant in the evening stands out especially, serving the most delicious grilled seafood I have ever tasted.
Compared with Ayana in Bali, the service here is superior. The staff are more welcoming and always wear smiles, making me feel right at home. There are never too many guests, so it never feels crowded. Whether you are dining, relaxing on a lounge chair, playing in the swimming pool, wandering along wooden boardwalks, joining sunset tours or enjoying sea activities, everything feels comfortable, free and laid-back the entire time. This is what a real vacation ought to be like. I don’t even need to travel elsewhere; spending five or six days staying inside this hotel would be absolutely perfect.
The hotel also provides a full range of recreational activities. We only stayed for two days and left wishing we could stay longer. The housekeeping staff folded adorable monkey and animal shapes out of towels for us. Without a doubt, this is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in, and the only one I’m eager to revisit. Thank you so much to everyone here, and I will be back again.

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club.
I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

AndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Guest UserGreat hotel location with spectacular view of the harbour and boats each morning during the breakfast and stunning sunset views. Really worth it just for the views alone. Room wise is nice but had minor issues like no kettle and non working deposit box. Would have been expected these amenities to be there before checking in. Also the provision of small shower and shampoo bottles makes it not efficient and have to keep requesting for extra bottles. Nothing major but something for the management to take note off. The breakfast had enough variety and some nice local cuisine which is enjoyable. Walkable to harbour and most of the shops at the town center

Guest UserThe double room and its en-suite bathroom at this hotel are quite spacious, offering a comfortable environment. However, there was an issue with insufficient hot water supply at night, which could affect the showering experience.
The air conditioning's cooling performance was poor, and it produced a lot of noise when running, somewhat impacting the room's peacefulness. On the positive side, the in-room facilities are well-appointed, and the hotel's service is very attentive, promptly meeting guests' needs.
Additionally, the hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage will need staff assistance for carrying it, which is a slight inconvenience for travel convenience.

Guest UserPros:
1. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service.
2. There's a private snorkeling area, which was a great experience, especially since we didn't book a liveaboard.
Cons:
1. No internet, no internet, no internet! Apart from a few rooms on the hilltop, most rooms have extremely poor mobile signal (you can barely receive messages). WiFi is only available at the front desk. The management's excuse is that they ”don't want external noise to disturb guests,” but it's one thing if I have it and choose not to use it, and quite another if I need it and it's not available. If you need to stay consistently connected, this hotel is definitely not for you.
2. Prices are quite high. Since it's on a private island, a slight markup is understandable, but sometimes the prices are ridiculously high. For example, the hotel organized a beach buffet for 700k Indonesian Rupiah, which is about 300+ RMB after tax. The seafood options were only grilled shrimp, squid, and fish (the first two were served very slowly), and the only meat was grilled chicken skewers. In contrast, on the main island, we bought two large lobsters, two mantis shrimp as thick as a woman's arm, and even got two free squids, all for just over 700 RMB.

A really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

The beach right by the sea is a huge plus! The sand is so fine and soft underfoot, and the clear water near the shore lets you spot little fish. The open views around are amazing, making sunset especially beautiful. You could easily spend a whole day here and never get bored.

张The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.
