"Staying at this five-diamond hotel again as I'm passing through. The location is super convenient with plenty of transportation options nearby. The room itself is clean and fresh, and the daily housekeeping is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. The parking lot is spacious and well-equipped with EV charging stations. In my free time, I could get a quick workout in at the gym, and it was great to be able to self-service wash and dry my clothes from the trip. During my extended stay, the front desk proactively asked about my experience, showing a strong service ethic. My requests were handled promptly and efficiently, and they helped coordinate many matters. The check-out time could also be adjusted flexibly. This thoughtful service left me with a very positive impression."

"I stayed for three consecutive nights at the Snow Mountain Palace Hot Spring Villa Hotel. The service was excellent; every time I requested a car, it arrived within a minute. We enjoyed the hot spring every evening, and the water was incredibly comfortable, leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The rice noodles and hotpot served in the evening were fantastic; I fell asleep immediately after returning to my room. During the day, the surroundings were beautiful and perfect for photos, with the snow-capped mountains as a backdrop, making it feel like I was living right in them. The airport transfer service was also superb; the driver was very professional, arriving at 10 PM and showing no signs of fatigue, actively helping with our luggage. These three days provided me with a wonderful experience! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Next time I visit Lijiang, I will definitely choose this Snow Mountain Hot Spring Hotel again!"

"Firstly, the hotel is a bit old, and it's quite a distance to the ancient city. Secondly, the duplex suite has a few drawbacks: 1. The stairs offer terrible soundproofing; they're noisy and clank all day, making it unsuitable for a relaxing vacation. 2. There was chewing gum on the stair railing... can you believe a 5-star hotel would allow this? 3. Carrying large luggage upstairs is a bit of a hassle. Thirdly, breakfast was a letdown; not only did it lack local flavor, but it also fell short of basic Hilton standards, plus it was crowded. Of course, I'm still very grateful to the staff for upgrading me to a suite as a Diamond member."

"Honestly, this hotel was by far the most comfortable place I stayed during my 7-day trip to Dali, Shaxi, and Lijiang for the National Day holiday. First off, the price was actually cheaper than a night at a Shaxi guesthouse, but the quality was miles above many of the hotels and guesthouses in Dali and Shaxi. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately offered hot tea and a hot towel. While I was waiting, the hotel staff had already taken all my luggage and suitcases to my room. What's more, the room rate for one night even included a buffet breakfast, lunch, and late-night snack. This is so much more service than what hotels like Hanting or Atour offer. Plus, every single staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic in their greetings and service. Everyone was so kind, and it wasn't a fake politeness; you could tell they genuinely cared. That's why I absolutely loved this hotel. It will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I visit Lijiang again, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. Of course, I checked, and it seems this hotel only has branches in Lijiang, Dali, and Kunming. It would be even better if they could expand to cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu!"

"I was traveling with my parents, and I originally booked a room that could accommodate three people. However, considering my parents' age and the impact on their sleep quality sharing a room, I luckily discovered a two-bedroom family suite was also available. I decisively paid extra to upgrade to this room type. The only minor drawback was the lack of a balcony, but everything else was truly fantastic. Thankfully, there were large glass windows offering beautiful garden views and the ever-changing snow-capped mountains. This hotel is genuinely the most beautiful I've ever seen. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers unlimited coffee and juice daily. The key is that the barista's skills are top-notch; the coffee is comparable to what you'd find in Shanghai or Hangzhou. I never imagined I could wake up to the 'Golden Mountain' sunrise under the Lijiang snow mountains, admire the garden views, and relax with a coffee. What's more, there was a photographer who took real-scene photos for us, and their skills were far superior to those in Dali. In just 30 minutes plus an extra 10, we had 10 beautiful photos – it was such a delightful surprise! The guesthouse's breakfast was also exceptional; it changed daily, and the dishes were incredibly refined and fresh, clearly prepared with great care. Every staff member was also very warm and attentive. In the evenings, there were even goodnight snacks. I absolutely adore this hotel. If I ever have the chance, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone."

"🫶 Not a shill! Highly recommend for those who love peace and quiet! I originally came for the terrace and the snow-capped mountain view, but I was deeply touched by the warm atmosphere and all the thoughtful details! Before check-in, they proactively contacted me and sent all relevant information like the address, directions, and activities. They always offered to help with luggage, greeted me warmly whenever I came and went, and thoughtfully asked if I needed transportation or meals. It wasn't just commercial politeness; you could feel that they were genuinely good and sincere people! 🌄 The rooms with a second-floor terrace have an absolutely stunning view. You can see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise and sunset right from your room, with the snow-capped mountains practically at your fingertips when you're lying in bed. All the pictures were taken in the room with my phone! Absolutely amazing! I also stayed in a triangular vaulted room and loved the ceiling design! I slept incredibly well! The room photos are exactly what you get; absolutely no misleading pictures! 🍈 The day I arrived, as soon as I settled in, afternoon tea was delivered to my room. It wasn't some perfunctory pre-made stuff; there was delicious ice cream cake and fragrant rose tea! On my last day, I had to leave for the snow mountain before dawn and would miss breakfast, so the night before, the lady prepared a take-out breakfast and delivered it to my room – super thoughtful! After a day of playing, I didn't have an appetite for afternoon tea, so they brought me a full plate of fresh fruit. I was so touched! Every detail shows their sincerity! 🏘️ The hotel is not in the city center, so it's very quiet! During the day, the hotel can arrange transport to the city center, and it's also easy to get a taxi if you go out yourself. Baisha is a small town, different from the hustle and bustle of Lijiang, but it's quiet and convenient. A short walk takes you to the ancient town, and barbershops and convenience stores are all nearby. Because of this hotel, I love this small town even more!!!"

"Wow. Loved everything about our stay. The place is beautiful. Very generous with the amenities … 3 sodas a day, beautiful breakfast , nice afternoon tea, plenty of supplies for the shower and even a tea experience . The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Zhangliang was WONDERFUL! Always ready to help us with anything and everything we needed, and he was always very positive, upbeat and kind! 5 stars for him!! All the staff though was exceptionally nice and helpful! Our room was spotless and beautiful! So much more than we expected! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is great. Just a few minutes from Baisha ancient town. We easily scooter to Yuhu ancient town Shushe ancient town is only about. 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. Truly well located. "This is an absolutely wonderful and newly opened hotel that's also pet-friendly. The hygiene is excellent, and the soft furnishings in the lobby are incredibly tasteful. The large lawn is filled with beautiful flowerbeds, which was a stunning sight to wake up to in the morning! 😍✨ The room was super comfortable, and the duvet was so soft. This is definitely a place I'd re-book if I ever come back to Lijiang. There's a very cute and well-behaved corgi named Jasmine in the lobby. She'll even sit by you patiently during breakfast, hoping for some treats, hahaha – so adorable! The breakfast was delicious! I especially loved the rice noodles with meat sauce. Even though the location is a bit out of the way and it gets a bit dark entering the village at night, seeing such a beautiful view in the morning truly made the trip worthwhile."

"The stone architecture in Yuhu Village is really unique. The hotel's rooftop offers amazing photo opportunities, and the design and attention to detail are excellent. The service was incredibly warm and responsive to all our requests during our stay. After checking out, my husband and I went to return the car, leaving our two children in the lobby. The staff not only helped look after them but also prepared warm milk, fruit, and snacks for them – truly exceptional service down to the smallest detail."

This five-star guesthouse, nestled at the foot of the snowy mountains, is truly a masterpiece of design. Our room faced the snow-capped peaks directly, though it was a cloudy day during our stay. We felt like VIPs! The owner shared fascinating insights into Naxi culture and even took us on a pleasant private hike around the village. Both breakfast and dinner were quite impressive; the rice noodles and matsutake chicken hotpot were absolutely delicious. The neighboring 'Six Three Restaurant' offers tasty home-style dishes. A delightful surprise was receiving a thoughtful souvenir after we got home. This stone village guesthouse is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and leisurely stay.

You can drive right up to the entrance, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable and roomy stay. The guesthouse owner and staff were excellent in their service, very responsive, and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. From the moment we got off the car, the experience was fantastic. We were greeted by a Naxi-dressed young man. The food every day was excellent, with yak hotpot, local chicken hotpot, and even a bonfire party. Our happiness levels were off the charts daily! Breakfast was also incredibly good. The entire building is beautiful, and the common areas smell of candles and pinecones. The staff are very friendly and took us hiking and horseback riding nearby, as well as doing handicrafts. It's right at the foot of the snow-capped mountain, and we even saw the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise', which was incredibly lucky. The air was full of negative oxygen ions. Thanks to Gui Lin, Eddie Peng, and the unnamed staff for their company; it was a truly joyful trip! 😄

🌞 You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as soon as you look up, and in front of the hotel, there's a vast field of sunflowers and a sheep grazing area. There's also a Bernese Mountain Dog named ”Domi” 🐶 freely playing with cats 🐱 in the fields ~ It's very smart and will greet and follow guests to their rooms 🏡 like a dog's welcoming ceremony 💕. After living in the city for a long time, I really enjoyed this beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. 【Stay Experience】 1️⃣ It's far from the hustle and bustle, yet full of life and charm. A hidden gem of a guesthouse right next to Baisha Ancient Town! The overall design is upscale and aesthetically pleasing, and the courtyard lawn is perfect for photos. The direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is absolutely stunning, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The room details are excellent, with tea provided, and the mini-fridge is stocked with drinks. The service from everyone at the property is superb. This was the most pleasant surprise of our entire Lijiang trip! We even happened to be there during the Torch Festival, which was very lively, and the locals were incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is right next to Baisha Ancient Town, and parking is convenient for those driving. The distant views of the snow-capped mountains are incredibly therapeutic. The public areas are super photogenic. The room looks exactly like the online pictures. The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and generous; they even offered us fresh local fruit upon arrival. The room was also very clean and tidy, and they even offer two pillow choices – the memory foam pillow was so comfortable. This was the best night's sleep we had from Dali to Lijiang. Highly, highly recommend!

Nestled in the town at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, this hotel boasts a really fancy decor. Overall, it's pretty good. We booked three rooms, and some of them offered direct views of the snow-capped mountains right from the bed when you open the curtains. The rooftop terrace provides an even more spectacular, unobstructed view of the mountains. It's truly in an excellent location.

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

With unspoiled agricultural land in front, the panoramic views are completely unobstructed. You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
