The owner is so friendly. The room is clean and big enough for 2 people with big luggage. You can ask the owner to take your luggage at the front gate of the Old Town, and the owner will drive a 3-wheeled electric bike to pick it up. The view from the hotel is great if it's not raining.

AMAZING HOTEL!!!! The hotel staff are genuinely so friendly and kind!!! They picked our luggage up from the entrance of the old town and delivered it straight to the hotel. The hotel is only a short 5 minutes walk from the old town entrance making it very convenient when travelling to the mountains etc. there’s also a really friendly an adorable dog at the hotel!!! The breakfast was sooo delicious, you could pick from noodles to congee and the side dishes are provided! We particularly loved the sweet potatoes! 🍠 They helped us move our luggage and the owner was really kind to help drop our luggage off at the entrance of the old town again to save us dragging our four luggage on the pebble roads in the old town. Look no further and book this hotel!! It has a really cute rooftop too which faces the mountain but sadly during our stay it was very cloudy. Great experience!

Location & Convenience The location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the Old Town and only 350 meters from the Baisha Northeast Gate. The area is surrounded by plenty of convenience stores, various restaurants, and electric bike rental shops. Service & Hospitality The check-in process was seamless. The entire staff provided heartfelt and attentive service. Since the roads in the Old Town are cobblestone and uneven, the hotel offers a complimentary luggage transport service to the property. The meeting point is easy to find in a quiet area, and communication is handled smoothly via WeChat, which is very helpful for any inquiries. Additionally, for stays of three consecutive nights or more, the hotel provides a free airport transfer service. We used this for our departure, and the service was punctual, convenient, and truly great value. Room Quality The room was very spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. It was impeccably clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable—perfectly balanced between firm and soft. The bathroom features an automatic toilet, though please note there is no bidet sprayer. Breakfast & Atmosphere Breakfast offers several great options, including: Rice porridge (congee) with side dishes Wonton soup Noodle soup One of the highlights was the hotel’s adorable and well-behaved Corgi, who is always there to greet guests!
