This hotel is absolutely fantastic, with beautiful details everywhere and a strong sense of design. Every corner of the hotel is a picturesque scene, with amazing lighting that's perfect for photos. During this stay, I was lucky enough to see the snowy mountains – simply breathtaking! Being able to lie on the terrace and gaze at those beautiful snow-capped peaks was pure bliss. The local cultural vibe is very strong, and the designer's thoughtful touches are evident. It's a beautifully preserved century-old Naxi traditional house, full of ethnic character. The osmanthus flowers in the courtyard smelled heavenly. The location is superb, right in the best spot in Yuhu Village. Entering the hotel gives you a sense of secluded tranquility, yet it's very convenient to step out and explore the area. The service was so warm and inviting, it felt like coming home. Highly recommended!

I stayed for four nights and had an amazing experience! My stay exceeded expectations this time. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in, and even proactively offered tips for getting around the area. The room was very clean, with soft bedding, stable hot water, and good soundproofing, so I had a very quiet night's rest. The staff (both male and female) were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. Breakfast was distinctive and delicious! Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this has been one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far! I can’t really comment much on the location because we honestly didn’t have to think about it—the hotel provides a private car to take us around, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The experience itself is amazing. There are SO many activities included that we were actually confused about which one to try first! The room was beautiful, with an incredible direct view of the Snow Mountain. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. They also provide unlimited drinks, alcohol, fruits, and so many thoughtful little extras throughout the stay. But honestly, it’s not just about the unlimited drinks 😆—the whole experience, service, activities, room, and attention to detail were exceptional. My only regret is that we stayed for just one night. I definitely think 2–3 nights would be perfect to really enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Perfect in every way. One of my favorite stays in Lijiang and absolutely recommended!

Nestled just off the main road at the entrance to Yuhu Village, Baolin Homestay surprisingly keeps a perfect distance from the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the courtyard, you instantly grasp the true meaning of 'tranquility in the midst of noise': outside, you hear the clip-clop of horse hooves and the chatter of tourists, while inside, only the rustling of leaves in the wind and the distant whisper of snow-capped mountains can be heard. Right outside is the village's main street, with cafes and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Turning right leads directly to the path down the mountain and open fields, incredibly convenient for hiking or horse riding. The courtyard layout is particularly delightful. We stayed in a private Loft-style courtyard, with a balcony on the first floor where two rattan chairs offer views of dark grey eaves and a patch of blue sky. The second floor features another small terrace with mountain views. The two levels are independent and offer excellent sound insulation. The room's decor combines raw wood and stone for a rustic feel, the bedding is soft, and the hot water is fast and consistent. The room rate includes a simple dinner for two, and the chef's cooking is excellent – a plate of local cured pork stir-fried with mushrooms, savory and imbued with a wild, earthy flavor; the stir-fried seasonal vegetables were crisp, tender, and sweet, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot congee, rice noodles, and side dishes, setting a great mood for the day. The front desk lady is the heart and soul of this place. Meticulous, diligent, and thoughtful, she brought us a warm, sweet dessert soup every evening that warmed us to our fingertips. Her drinks are never perfunctory, whether it's freshly ground coffee or ginger-date milk tea, all made with genuine care. The three little cats are the lively treasures of the courtyard, bringing the whole place to life. Our three days at Baolin were not luxurious, but everything was perfectly arranged; not ostentatious, yet unforgettable. This stone-walled courtyard in Yuhu Village – it will gently embrace you with a warm meal, a comforting drink, and a quiet night.

You could feel the meticulous care everywhere, without any stiff, procedural feeling; it truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was also very generous, with carefully prepared and delicious flavors. There were hot dishes, various sides, and local specialties, all made with very fresh ingredients. Whether it was the view, the environment, the service, or the dining, I couldn't find a single fault in any aspect. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are meticulously cleaned daily, with under-bed areas, cabinet tops, and bathroom crevices all included in the inspection checklist. Linens are spotless with no lint, and the desk is pristine. Check-in is a swift three minutes, with no upselling of breakfast or room upgrades. Online messages are responded to within a minute. The parking lot has a dedicated charging area for new energy vehicles, and parking is spacious for self-drivers. A default 1 PM check-out allows for business schedules without rushing. The 24-hour self-service laundry can handle business attire, and the gym helps alleviate stiff muscles from long drives. Room soundproofing is excellent, ensuring undisturbed work and rest at night. First off, the guesthouse's ambiance is truly wonderful, completely living up to my imagination of Lijiang Old Town! The courtyard is beautifully maintained, with flowers and plants artfully arranged. Sitting there, sipping tea and soaking up the sun, was incredibly relaxing. The room decor also features strong local characteristics, with wooden structures and ethnic soft furnishings. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The only slight drawback was that the facilities felt a little outdated. For instance, the heating in the room was quite slow to react, and the water temperature and pressure for showering at night were a bit inconsistent. I hope the owner can gradually upgrade these. Also, there was no proactive cleaning service during my stay, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. It would be perfect if there could be a simple tidying up each day. However, these minor issues don't overshadow the positives. Tingxueju's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the owner is very warm and welcoming, offering many great travel tips. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Lijiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a peaceful environment!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
