A beautiful, cozy, and delightful hotel! Most of the staff seemed a bit shy but very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even proactively helped me fix my suitcase. I had a super comfortable three-day stay. Yuhu Village isn't overly commercialized; it feels very natural and untouched. The hotel is right next to the lake and a horse ranch, just a one-minute walk away. It's about a 10-minute walk into the village. The staff at Shi Tou Cuo (Stone House) kept offering to drive us into the village or pick us up if we were tired, which was incredibly reassuring. It was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again!

This hotel is located in Yuhu Village, just about 200 meters from Longnv Lake, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room's balcony offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains, which was incredibly refreshing. Although we couldn't see the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' this season, the weather during our stay was quite pleasant with not much rain. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, including horseback riding, outdoor fruit picking, and plant-based handmade photo frames, among others. All the staff were very welcoming, and the front desk attendant was particularly lovely and kind-hearted.

Traveling with my little one, staying at Lijiang Shitoucuo Snow Mountain Resort was the absolute highlight of our trip – I wholeheartedly recommend it to families with kids! The hotel boasts a serene environment with direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Parking is convenient, making self-driving a breeze. The gentle cats and dogs at the hotel were a huge hit with my child; every morning, they’d wake up and immediately run off to play with the pets, having the happiest time. When we checked out, my little one was so sad to leave, constantly talking about how much they’d miss the cats and dogs. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially accommodating towards children. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and healing, devoid of any commercial hustle and bustle. Everything from the courtyard environment and room cleanliness to the amenities and services was impeccable. We had such a comfortable stay. This stay was exceptionally satisfying. My child and I have already promised to return to Shitoucuo for another vacation when we have the chance!

An absolutely perfect stay! I was suffering from a terrible toothache, and the hotel immediately arranged for staff to go to the nearby ancient town to buy medicine for me – such prompt service! The dinner was delicious, and the wine was excellent. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and they even upgraded our room for free. During our two days at the Stone House, we also got to experience activities like horseback riding and a Naxi family visit, which made the kids very happy! 🎉

They even arranged a business car for airport pickup. The service, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly attentive. One night, I felt unwell in the middle of the night and thought everyone would be off duty, but after I mentioned it in the group chat, they immediately brought me an oxygen tank. **Environment:** The hotel is located at the foot of a snowy mountain, right at the entrance of Yuhu Village, offering first-class scenery. The hotel provides shuttle services to the village whenever needed. **Food:** The cured pork ribs and free-range chicken hotpot included in the hotel package was absolutely delicious – far better than the restaurants at InterContinental or Aman. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was exquisite, and I really enjoyed that style of breakfast. There's an all-day self-service bar with drinks and fruits, and the fruits are all high quality, including my favorite passion fruit. There's also a very tasty afternoon tea, which can be enjoyed on the lawn if the weather is good. **Activities:** During our stay, we participated in horseback riding and hiking to pick pinecones and mushrooms (the hotel doesn't allow guests to eat what they pick for safety reasons). The hiking scenery was beautiful, and even my seven-year-old child completed the entire trek. In short, it was truly a perfect experience.

The hotel's dogs are adorable, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. You could easily spend a whole afternoon relaxing on the second floor. Overall, it's perfect for a family vacation.
