Hotels with Bars in Wanning

We had a wonderful two day stay. There weren’t many guests around on the dates we stayed, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The hotel offered a shuttle golf buggy to the beach and nearby places which was a bonus. It rained heavily while we at the beach so staff picked us up in a car. I have already recommended the hotel to a friend! Staff: Friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast: Fresh and healthy, served in the outside coffee/bar summer house. Afternoon Tea: Tasty fruit, fresh juice, local biscuits. Hotel surroundings: The garden is planted thoughtfully and kept tidy. It was nice to have the open covered seating area to rest and read a book. The furniture is good quality and comfy. Swimming pool is a nice size and clean apart from some surface bugs. (it’s not easy to keep all flies/insects out off the pool in a hot place) Dog friendly hotel, the owner’s puppy was super cute! Room: Super view over the mountains. Large balcony. Furniture, towels, toiletries and bedding all high quality. Decor tasteful and modern. Everything felt reasonably new and in good repair. Surrounding area: Quiet village, plenty of places to eat or get coffee. Only cons: Coffee is not included as standard with the breakfast. When it rains the cushions on the balcony’s outside furniture oget wet so you can’t sit on them for some time. I personally didn’t like that you could see into the ground floor rooms from the outside seating and sunbathing areas.

I set aside two days during the New Year's Day holiday to explore Riyue Bay and stumbled upon this place, 'Dai Zhai'. Its 'chill' vibe instantly appealed to me, someone who loves to just relax and unwind during holidays, so I decided to check it out. The drive along the country road to the very end at the foot of the mountain was quite a revelation – the overall Mediterranean style was stunning. Stepping into the courtyard, every detail showcased the owner's meticulous care: dining tables by the fields, rattan lounge chairs, a bar hut, a European fountain, and a swing under a tree. It was simply perfect. Food-wise, I had three meals here: afternoon tea, breakfast, and an à la carte lunch. From the ingredients to the presentation and taste, everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the service was excellent. Regarding the rooms, there are 22 in total across three floors. The room design is simple and elegant, exactly my style. The use of Jurlique toiletries was another huge plus! The ambiance created by the outdoor pool on the first floor and the surrounding greenery made me feel like I was back in the South of France – absolutely loved it!! On my second day, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her vibrant, beautiful mother. Through our conversation, I learned that every step of this guesthouse, from initial concept to final execution, involved immense dedication. The designer is Spanish, which explains why the Mediterranean theme is so perfectly realized. In conclusion, I'm confident I'll be back, and I highly recommend it to everyone – a refined guesthouse not to be missed!

This guesthouse is truly worth recommending! The staff are warm and attentive! They added us on WeChat beforehand and recommended all the best places to eat and do, even tailoring recommendations to our specific needs. Their service was impeccable and responsive. The surfing instructor they recommended was also very professional and nice! His lessons were detailed and patient, and we had a fantastic time! The beachfront barbecue restaurant near the guesthouse was a pleasant surprise—reasonably priced and delicious! Enjoying a late-night snack followed by a stroll along the beach and feeling the sea breeze—that's what a vacation should be like! 😁

The handsome guys running this B&B do an excellent job; every detail is well-thought-out. They even have a dedicated concierge group chat that answers all your questions and provides various guides and tips. The most thoughtful touch is the B&B's scheduled shuttle service to Riyue Bay. Dining and convenience stores are plentiful around the B&B. You don't have to worry about breakfast either, with a Northeast-style breakfast place right across the street and local specialty breakfast spots just a short walk away. It's also very close to Boundary Island, which is super convenient.

The best homestay we had in China. A really beautiful place. But the real beauty lies in the people who work there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. We also met the owner who is also really friendly and helpful. He took us to a market and to a beach where fishermen pull their nets in the evening. He also invited us to dinner in the evening and we had a great evening with him. The house manager is also a great guy. He took us to the Swallow Cave and helped us get a transport to Sanya when our train was cancelled during a typhoon. We also participated in a number of activities in the afternoon with the wonderful guest service manager. A big thank you to all the warm-hearted people of this hotel, you made our stay really special!

A very warm and clean B&B opened by a kind couple from Shanghai, who adopted stray cats and dogs. The B&B is Moroccan in style, and was built bit by bit by themselves. Living there feels like being at home. The handsome boss cooks delicious dishes. We ate at the B&B for two consecutive days. The ingredients are fresh, the braised pork is so delicious, the boss is also a good DJ, and he is also a master of wooden art crafts👍 The breakfast was very rich and different for two consecutive days. There is a parrot in the B&B that stays on the proprietress's head all day long. It's so cute. The B&B is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. It is best to go there at dusk when there are fewer people and the scenery is beautiful, with many people surfing. A few minutes' drive from the B&B is ”Golden Beach and Silver Land”, a niche beach, which is a good place to watch the sunrise. You can ask the boss to book a boat ticket to Dazhou Island, which is very beautiful. There is no shortage of beaches in Wanning, but for beaches with fewer people and more beautiful scenery, it is recommended to go to Xinqun Bay. If you are lucky enough to come to Xinqun Bay, it is recommended that you stay in this humane B&B for a few nights. It will definitely be worth the trip.

We had an outstanding experience at the Yeste Hotel in Wanning. The location is unbeatable-it's just a short walk from the train station and conveniently situated directly across from a shopping mall. The rooms exceeded my expectations; they are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the common areas, including a microwave and refrigerator, which were very handy. The laundry facilities were clean and free to use. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to provide excellent local recommendations. For the price, the value is unbeatable. I highly recommend Yeste Hotel to anyone visiting Wanning. Many thanks to the Manager and staff for their outstanding service!

The sea in Xinqun Bay is really blue It is indeed a glass sea and there are few people. It is really relaxing to take a walk, take photos and drink some wine. It's really comfortable to stay here for vacation. Beach bar, surfing, outdoor swimming pool BBQ, Western food, all kinds of food are available at their home This is the real slow life. No need to run around to various check-in spots, you can get what you want here I like the boss very much. She is very pretty and has a European and American style. She has a very nice personality and even gave me some fruit🥭 Not an exaggeration at all! I feel like I'm on vacation abroad🏖️ You won't get tired of staying there for a week. The joy of waking up and seeing the sea It can be said that this homestay is a surprise of this trip🏄 You can enjoy the whole beach without crowds. You need to book a room in advance, otherwise you really can't book it.

A perfect place to stay in Riyuewan Bay. Chuck and his lovely family are your caring hosts. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean with a cosy matress. Everything you need is in walking distance. Especially for me, the surfrental right infront of the place, the surfspots around the corner. Chuck helps you to arrange everything. From surfboard, transport, travel recommendations. I came with my 2 Children and I highly recommend this place. The hotel is amazing with a cool yard / lobby area and our room was well equipped + super clean. Staff was so nice and helpful we actually got an upgrade. The best about it maybe the location, it's close to the beach and in a small village that is still quiet with a very laid back vibe (it almosy feel feels like Thailand, ot at least how I knew Hainan 10 years ago) There is plenty of shops/coffee/ restaurant right on the door step. Surfing spots are nearby with waves for all levels (if come with kids I recommend going nearby the bridge on the right side of the beach). We will come back !
