"The hotel exceeds my expectations. The room has sleek interior design and is spacious and clean. The amenities look new and well maintained by repurposing rooms in the 15th floor. The lobby and the complimentary coffee is great too! Location wise, not much going around the hotel but grab is easy and quite near to Georgetown too. It’s just that my room has a weird smell near the bathroom (probably from sanitation/sewage) because it smells the same in the toilet near the swimming pool. Not a dealbreaker because the smell is quite contained and you won’t smell it from your bed or anything but it may be the first smell that welcomes you as you enter the room as the bathroom/toilet is area is just beside the door."

"The room is spacious! It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room! There's a supermarket in the B1 lobby, and a night market nearby, making it convenient for both food and accommodation. The security staff are very friendly! "This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Malaysia. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was spotless. It even had a kitchenette with a bar, a washing machine, swimming rings, laundry detergent, and dish soap – everything you could need! They also upgraded us to the 33rd floor. The rooftop pool on the 36th floor offered a panoramic view of Georgetown. It was truly an amazing experience. There are plenty of food options, attractions, and convenience stores nearby, making it super, super convenient! I'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!"

We stayed in a triple/quad room on the 31st floor, which had floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, offering expansive views of the city center. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option."

"Let's start with the positives: 1. The room was comfortable, equipped with a TV, iron, water dispenser, and hairdryer. Basic toiletries like towels and toothbrushes were also provided. 2. The enormous pool on the 36th floor had a slight hint of sea salt, was clean and spacious, offering great city views. I didn't want to get out! 3. On the same floor, there's also a jacuzzi. It's usually calm, but you can activate the massage mode by flicking a switch on the wall next to it. You can't turn it off manually, but it stops automatically after 15 minutes. 4. The gym was very clean and had all the essential fitness equipment. 5. Parking was flexible; there were no assigned spots, so you could park anywhere within the designated floors. 6. The location is excellent and bustling, allowing for quick access to various attractions. Now for the drawbacks: 1. Check-in was slow, primarily because there were very few staff members at the front desk. 2. Starting in March, they began charging an RM9 daily parking fee. Staff instructed us to notify them before our first exit each day for recording purposes. However, even after notifying them, we were repeatedly charged every time we entered or exited. The hotel staff doesn't manage the parking lot, so they only gave us a contact number, which was always difficult to reach. 3. There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to contain it, but using the toilet was always very uncomfortable. 4. The parking aisles were narrow, requiring larger vehicles to drive more carefully. The hotel entrance road was also not clearly marked, making it easy to miss. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Just be sure to read the hotel regulations carefully before checking in and follow their rules. Getting a contact number in advance for communication or inquiries can help avoid a lot of unnecessary hassle."

"The overall suite is very large and comfortable. The living room and dining room are relatively large. It is very convenient and comfortable to use. The hotel room is very clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows feel like home. The room is very large, the elderly family likes it very much, very comfortable, it is recommended."

"Service: 24h frontdesk. No late check out after 12pm. Room: Smelly toilet (huge shame). Loud outdoor music at 722am-8am. Staff claim this is uncontrollable/cant be helped. Clean. Great bed and pillow. Noise from other rooms depend on luck (our stay did not have noisy neighbours). Has water dispenser. Location: Average. Hotel lobby for drop off and pick up point is a long one-way loop and not very convenient. My advise is to alight at the heritage block to save time and taxi money. Pool: Excellent roof top pool with excellent views of three sides of Penang. Downside is there are limited lounge chairs and usually packed with families and toddlers. No sauna/steam room. No outside food and drinks allowed. Gym: Great but didnt use. Price: Good. Lift: Crazy stupid position of buttons and order."

"Pros: infinity pool, spacious flat, responsive customer support. Our flat had a sea view but also view on a cemetery, which isn’t mentioned so flagging it as some people may be sensitive to it. They provide towels but would suggest guests to bring their own if they plan to go to the swimming because asking for additional towels is at an additional cost. Cons: A/C in common area is shut off from 5pm to 8/9am the following day, so it feels very stuffy. Whilst I’m pro energy savings and sustainability, I think this is too extreme. Perhaps, worth considering extending A/C operations time to 8/9pm to 7/8am to make it more comfortable for residents and guests. Also the flat we rented was advertised for 9-10 pax, but it only fits 8 max. It didn’t bother us because we were only 6 but making a note here for awareness Note: If you’re a durian lover, this place doesn’t allow you to bring some back to the flat. We found out too late, otherwise we would have gone to a different place"

"The newly built building last year, the location is very good, close to everywhere, the apartment is fully equipped, the landlord Zoelyn is hospitable and has questions and answers, which has given me a lot of help. The room supplies are very complete, very intimate, clean and refreshing! I spent two wonderful days in Penang. I hope you can consider this enthusiastic landlord and will not be disappointed!"
