"Throughout my 4 days and 3 night stay, the room was very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful making a memorable stay for me. I would recommend everyone to book this hotel as it is at a good location with a good view of the city centre and also a very nice infinity pool overlooking the city too. Overall I would love to book this hotel again if I ever come back to Jakarta"

"Our stay at The Orient was nothing short of perfection in every way. The beds were super comfy, spacious rooms with great views, gorgeous pool on 5F, stunning rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, and an extensive (and delicious) breakfast buffet. On top of that, all of the workers were so warm and friendly. We could not have asked for more!"

"Overall, the hotel is relatively new and well equipped with necessary facilities . It includes in room massage service for weary travellers with last appointment set at 11pm. The breakfast spread was quite comprehensive ranging from western to local delights. In room dining selection is rather limited but sufficient to feed hungry travellers. Hotel has one of the most panoramic view to boast. The rooms, the dining area, the reception area are well litted with tall panels of glass windows overlooking the city highlights of Jakarta ."

"I loved this hotel! Booked it because I was attending a concert at the Kasablanka Hall, which was only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was amazing! I ordered room service a couple of times, and the food was really good. I loved the spicy& sour grilled beef ribs! The pool was also nice, and they have a wellness room which I only saw after I checked out, unfortunately"
