Citadines Antasari Jakarta

So happy I brought the kids here! This is our second time, and it's definitely staying on my go-to list for family fun. The pool is huge, the playground is massive, and the gym is spotless and well-maintained. Absolutely fantastic!

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.

The room facilities are complete, and the hotel is great. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Awesome... Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the room was great, and the bathroom was fully equipped and clean. The only downside was the long wait for the elevators since there were only three and it was peak holiday season.

This hotel is great, having just been built this year. It's very clean and the towels are fluffy. The cleaning service is impeccable. There's a mini-mall connected to it (it's in the same building). While there are only two restaurants, there's a Starbucks!! Starbucks!! There's also a medium-sized supermarket, which is perfect for buying Coke and beer. For a quiet stay, the facilities and location are, in my opinion, top-notch. Though it's actually at the very edge of South Jakarta, closer to Depok, meaning central accessibility isn't great, if you're not planning to venture far, this is the best hotel for a stay.
