The room is very large, very spacious, not depressed at all, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, clean and advanced. The bed is really soft, the zero-pressure mattress is too comfortable, I don't want to get up when I lie down, the pillow is also super soft, I sleep until dawn, and the quality of sleep is directly full. The whole house is intelligently controlled, small voice control switches curtains, lights, lazy people gospel, and full of technology. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the smart toilet is super convenient, and it is also equipped with a disposable toilet pad, which is particularly hygienic. The toiletries are all branded, the texture is very good, the hot water comes quickly, the water pressure is sufficient, and the bath is super cool. The service is also very intimate, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check-in is very fast. There are free tea and snacks in the lobby, which is especially warm. Free parking, gym, self-service laundry room, complete facilities, too convenient. The price is super high, this price can live in such a good hotel, it is really worth it! "The hotel is new with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was exceptional, very warm, and thoughtful, always trying to meet guests' needs. Before we left, the front desk even made coffee, which was perfect for our long journey – truly fantastic! I would have given 5 stars for service, but the only letdown of this hotel was the restaurant. In all my ten-plus years of travel, this is the first time I've encountered such an appalling restaurant. You don't see many guests during meal times, but as soon as 10:30 AM hits, a huge number of staff suddenly appear. In the blink of an eye, all the breakfast items are cleared away – I was utterly stunned! When we asked for more, they said, ”Once it's taken inside, it's gone. The staff are rushing to eat it!” Unbelievable! These days, it seems even customer service needs to get up early and fight for food with the catering staff – truly something else! (As the woman in picture 3 said). Guests hadn't even finished eating, and the waitstaff were already sitting outside with their own meals, eating alongside the guests. It was truly speechless, not at all what you'd expect from a Wanda property! All the other services and experiences were great, but this restaurant is the ultimate failure. No matter how diligently everyone else works, as long as they have a catering department like this, this hotel will never succeed. It will erase everyone's efforts. However! The front desk service is still commendable, especially the two duty managers – they were truly dedicated. Hats off to them!"
