There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

"LOL, why are all the hotels around Sayram Lake surrounded by construction sites?! (I guess it's understandable, given all the Intercontinental hotels moving in and building big time.) But still! Why does the Atour hotel's parking lot also look like a huge construction site? LOL, it's not a big deal though, I'm just too happy! Even though our room window faced a big construction site, I don't care; I wasn't there for a vacation, just a quick one-night stay. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but the lobby and restaurant are quite spacious. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities are brand new. Oh, and the little bar area (?) between the two beds is very practical, I really like that design! Plus, they gave a complimentary souvenir with the stay~ So cute! Sayram Lake is my treasure, our treasure."

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. "Choosing this Starry Sky campsite near Sayram Lake was absolutely worth it. First, let's talk about the location. Even though it's outside the scenic area, the views are arguably better than what you'd find inside. If you're lucky enough to get a 'Starry Gaze' room, you'll have a direct, breathtaking view of Sayram Lake and three snow-capped mountains. The campsite seems to only offer a self-service breakfast, but it's only a two to three-kilometer drive from the Sayram Lake scenic area, which is practically next door for anyone road-tripping through Xinjiang. Plus, there are plenty of dining options just outside the scenic area, so finding good food isn't an issue. Inside the camp, there are golf carts readily available for transportation, which is very convenient. The staff here are incredibly warm and attentive in all aspects – from the front desk ladies to the drivers and even the parking attendant, everyone is hospitable and kind, truly embodying the genuine spirit of the people of Xinjiang. The rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you won't have to worry about the cold. If it feels too dry, you can also request a humidifier from the camp. Right next to the campsite is a large pasture belonging to local herders. You can't drive in, but walking around is perfectly fine and allows you to explore different scenery, occasionally encountering herders with their flocks. What's more, you can enjoy both stunning sunrises and sunsets from the camp, and with Sayram Lake and the snow mountains as your backdrop, every photo is postcard-perfect. In short, whether you're planning a day trip to Sayram Lake or a relaxed, 'staycation' style getaway, I highly recommend this campsite. We'll definitely be back in a different season!"
