The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; even when it was freezing outside, the indoor temperature remained as warm as spring. "The campsite is in a great location, right next to Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. The dome and rectangular rooms are quite unique, which is why we chose this place.
Staying at a campsite isn't like staying at a hotel; the electric water heater for showering had a pretty small capacity, and the breakfast on the second day was just okay. But these were acceptable.
The scenery outside the camp, whether day or night, is beautiful and definitely worth a visit."

"The room overlooked Sayram Lake, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The room was clean and the facilities were new. However, the air conditioning was not effective. When we entered the room in the evening, the heating was at 13 degrees, and even after turning it to the highest setting, it only reached 15 degrees. We called a technician, who said that due to the strong wind and snow outside, the underfloor heating system couldn't keep up. We had to wear sweaters and jackets in the room and hide under the covers. By the next day, it only reached 20 degrees. This experience was quite a struggle. The front desk apologized during check-out and gave us a small gift. Since we were in a hurry to travel, we didn't say much more. The hardware facilities definitely need improvement!"

"The room was brand new and the environment was excellent, offering great value for money. There's a laundry room and a gym, but I was in a hurry and didn't get to try them out. The restaurant manager was incredibly nice, even giving us free breakfast, and he was quite handsome too 🌝. The breakfast was super delicious and had a wide variety of options. The butler, a lovely lady, was also very helpful. The room even had a humidifier, which is perfect for indoor use in Xinjiang. They also provided dried fruits and snacks, which I forgot to take pictures of! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!!"

The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

The service was superb; they prepared a gift bag and upgraded us to a cabin. The cabin had underfloor heating and was fully equipped, which is crucial for traveling with elderly people. The afternoon tea was also wonderful, and the environment was very comfortable.

Because the hotel I stayed at the day before didn't send me the information and I didn't know the phone number, he checked again and again, got on the phone, helped me send me the information, and checked me in.
