"We chose the Starlight Room with twin beds at Chao Ke Starlight Camp again. The camp has moved outside the scenic area now, which is a bit less convenient than its previous location inside, where you could just ”open the door and see the lake.” If you're planning an in-depth tour of the scenic area, you'll need to factor in a bit more travel time for round trips. Despite the change in location, the front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and even proactively offered us complimentary breakfast, which made us feel incredibly valued. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the starlight room design is really unique. Lying in bed at night, you can see the starry sky over Sayram Lake, which the kids absolutely loved. The cleanliness and overall environment were well-maintained; it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and it was still stunning despite being off-season.
The service exceeded our expectations. Jerry's butler service, in particular, is a model that many star-rated hotels should emulate. His responses were prompt, his demeanor appropriate, and he provided comprehensive assistance. From recommending routes and guides before check-in to facilitating our needs during our stay and ensuring a warm and thoughtful departure process, we were truly impressed.
However, there are still some areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the hotel still feels a bit new. The elevator had a strong smell, and after spending some time in the room, my allergies flared up, making me suspect dust mites (or perhaps it was just too dry).
Additionally, the room was too hot for this time of year. We could only open a few windows, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The air conditioning, even on its lowest setting, only blew hot air. We were wearing down jackets outdoors, but inside, even without clothes, it was unbearable. I suggest adjusting the central air conditioning to a more suitable temperature.
I must highly commend the hotel breakfast – it was plentiful and truly exceptional. It's a must-try!"

"Although the hotel is not in the tourist center, it's only a three-to-five-minute drive away, which makes it nice and quiet. The hotel is also relatively new, and the room facilities are great – spacious, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Breakfast is plentiful, and both the restaurant and the rooms offer pretty good views. The hotel's coffee shop is worth a mention; you can enjoy afternoon tea, coffee, or a drink there. The staff (young lady) was very warm and attentive, and the food/drinks were excellent. We booked a package deal when reserving the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive afternoon tea that came with it – really good."

"LOL, why are all the hotels around Sayram Lake surrounded by construction sites?! (I guess it's understandable, given all the Intercontinental hotels moving in and building big time.)
But still! Why does the Atour hotel's parking lot also look like a huge construction site? LOL, it's not a big deal though, I'm just too happy!
Even though our room window faced a big construction site, I don't care; I wasn't there for a vacation, just a quick one-night stay.
The hotel rooms aren't huge, but the lobby and restaurant are quite spacious. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities are brand new.
Oh, and the little bar area (?) between the two beds is very practical, I really like that design!
Plus, they gave a complimentary souvenir with the stay~ So cute!
Sayram Lake is my treasure, our treasure."

"This luxury glamping site at Sayram Lake was a delightful surprise! The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help, making everything so easy. There were anti-slip facilities leading to the rooms, and the cabins had a wonderful ambiance. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom had no odors, and there was plenty of hot water. The heating was incredibly strong, and you could adjust the temperature yourself. Even on a windy night by the lake, I was comfortable in short sleeves – the comfort level was top-notch. It truly lived up to its 'luxury glamping' reputation!"

There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

The room decor was exquisite, creating a fantastic ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and definitely made the trip worthwhile! The biggest surprise was the complimentary coffee to go when checking out – so thoughtful and heartwarming, simply amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sai Lake!

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was split into two levels, with one bed per level. There was no air conditioning, just a hollow switch. Even with the window open, it was still stuffy. The quilt was too thick; it felt cold without it, and hot with it. The only good thing was the included nuts and snacks. There was also a special offer with the booking process, including a photo shoot and retouching, but the front desk clerk never mentioned it to us. It was outrageous. I paid over 1,500 yuan for a room, and this was the only service I received. I even booked two rooms. I called back and they were rude. They said they'd have the front desk clerk call me back, but they never did. Absolutely terrible! Never book this hotel!!! The bathroom didn't even have a dry/wet area, and the toilet didn't even work!!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.
