This was one of the most satisfying stays I've had recently. From the moment I entered, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff, was very professional and enthusiastic! Check-in was super fast. Then, upon entering the room, I noticed a subtle, pleasant scent. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The whole room was smart-enabled, which is perfect for someone lazy like me! Definitely highly recommended!

I want to start by saying that the hotel's butler service was excellent – warm, attentive, and deserving of full marks. The lake view was also quite nice. However, for a hotel charging 2500 a night, this was the most expensive place I stayed during my entire Xinjiang trip, from Altay to Yili to Urumqi. Yet, there wasn't even a proper road leading to the hotel; it was just a dirt track. The lobby was also incredibly small, completely out of sync with its five-star price tag. While the hotel itself isn't bad, I'd say the pricing is the main issue. The facilities simply don't justify the cost. For comparison, I stayed at Nianhua Bay in Nalati, which offered individual villas with large private courtyards and was exceptionally well-designed throughout, for only 2300 a night – just one day apart! How can this hotel justify its price? In my opinion, Nalati's scenery far surpasses that of Sayram Lake. You can't charge a premium just because there's a lake, especially when the lake view itself depends on luck and good weather!

The location advantage is obvious, the sound insulation effect is good, the service staff is very kind, the sanitation is meticulous and careful, the facilities are functioning normally, the hot water is sufficient, the living is very comfortable, the environment here is very good, the hotel environment is also very good, really recommended, super invincible worth living.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, making the check-in process efficient and quick. They were patient and meticulous throughout, carefully answering all our questions about sightseeing. They proactively offered information on scenic routes, nearby attractions, and great dining spots. Whether we needed travel advice or assistance with items at short notice, they were responsive, attentive, and reliable. Every interaction made us feel incredibly welcome, boosting our overall trip satisfaction. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Sayram Lake scenic area, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including local specialties, home-style dishes, snacks, and late-night eats. You can simply stroll downstairs for a delicious meal, saving you the hassle of long commutes to find restaurants – making all your meals convenient and worry-free. The hotel's overall environment is tranquil and elegant, with expansive views. Right outside, you can admire the stunning beauty of Sayram Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear waters. The air is fresh and comfortable, making both daytime sightseeing and evening relaxation exceptionally pleasant.

This time I came to Bole for a business trip and stayed at Yizhi Hotel (Bole Store). The experience is really far beyond expectations. I must give a big praise! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was deeply attracted by the brand's iconic ”Yiranqing” main color. This blend of green vitality and blue tranquil color, instantly let people off the fatigue of the journey, as if in the ”sky blue and other misty rain” aesthetic mood, giving people a just right sense of relaxation. The design of the room perfectly interprets the concept of ”simple and qualitative”, there is no extra spare decoration, but the details show the quality everywhere. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very relieved to lie on it; the light and shadow design to the main lamp makes the space look extra quiet, and it really makes people ”comfortable”. The intelligent experience of the hotel is also a highlight. From self-check-in to smart devices in the guest rooms, there is no sense of connection throughout the whole process, which not only protects privacy, but also greatly improves convenience. Especially the delivery robot and intelligent TV system, let the technology full of temperature, really do ”not disturb the gentleness” and ”I understand you” tacit understanding. The service is even more impeccable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and inherits the service DNA of the ”family temperature”. Whether it is the intimate greeting at the front desk or the timely response of the room service, it makes people feel warm. The hotel is strategically located and the surrounding transportation and shopping are very convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, Yizhi Hotel (Bole) is a cost-effective choice that allows people to retain a tranquility and cozyness in the hustle and bustle. Next time I come to Bole, this is still my first choice, and I highly recommend it to every traveler who pursues quality and experience!

They called in advance to confirm our approximate check-in time and informed us about special circumstances regarding accommodations near Sayram Lake.

Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!

The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is good too. They even offer complimentary fruits and drinks, which is fantastic! I was told check-in was at 2 PM, but I couldn't actually check in at that time because they said the room wasn't cleaned yet, which caused a bit of a delay. However, they did allow me to store my luggage. The hotel is right next to a construction site, and while the noise isn't too bad, the view is really disappointing, honestly. After other guests checked out, they just handed out room cards without verifying any information, simply by asking for the room number. This led to someone else opening my room door and then rudely entering and rummaging through my belongings! Although the front desk later apologized, for a 5-star hotel, their staff training is really subpar and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy! The service staff were all polite, but I just feel like the hotel management is unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves in the future!

The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh.
