The hotel facilities are new and safe, and the front desk service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have a treadmill and laundry room. A comfortable stay.

FF Design Hotel Sailimu Lake has an excellent location and is very convenient to go to the lake. The overall design is simple and high-end, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The staff is warm and caring and the service responds promptly. In the early morning, you can open the window to overlook the snow-capped mountains and enjoy the scenery of Saihu Lake. The facilities are complete and complete, and the living experience in the high altitude area is very good. It is recommended to stay in Sailimu Lake by car.

This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at.

The staff is friendly and can respond in time if there is a need. It is very convenient to travel and eat around, the price is affordable, and the accommodation experience is excellent. The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh.

Photographer Mr. Wu was excellent at guiding the guests and paying attention to detail. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and patient, and the location was convenient.

This hotel boasts a great location with lake views directly from the rooms – the scenery of Lake Sai is truly breathtaking and worth the visit. The hotel lobby perfectly complements the beautiful surroundings of Lake Sai! The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. They even brought us an umbrella when it rained and delivered our laundry back to the room – so thoughtful! The rooms are very spacious, and with Wanda Hotels, you can always trust their cleanliness. Breakfast was also plentiful, making this trip enjoyable for both my wife and the kids!
