Service: We had a dedicated butler, and all the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, always checking in on us.
Location: It's situated just outside Sailimu Lake but very close to the scenic area. There are also some restaurants nearby, so the surrounding amenities are quite comprehensive.
We arrived the first evening, had a quick bite, and then went straight to our room to rest. The front desk offers afternoon tea with welcome fruit and 'goodnight milk.' The temperature difference here is quite significant, so a warm cup of milk before bed made us feel cozy all over. The next morning, after having breakfast at the restaurant, we headed straight out to explore. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers. By the way, the beef noodles at the restaurant are exceptionally delicious. My 3-year-old and 6-year-old each finished a bowl!
The Wabi-sabi style room was also beautiful. Highly recommended.

You can walk straight into the lake area, which is super convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning or strolling along the lakeside in the evening, without having to drive back and forth. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water supply is stable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and parking is free. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing patient and detailed travel advice. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake.

HHekanxingxingqukanyueliangAn absolutely wonderful hotel, nestled at the foot of the mountains, right in front of Sayram Lake, with a pasture next door. If you wake up early, you can see horses coming out to drink water and wander around. The lake and mountain scenery is absolutely stunning. It's only a 5-minute drive to the entrance of Sayram Lake. The rooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The staff all speak standard Mandarin, are polite, and genuinely enthusiastic. Chatting with them brings a sense of relaxation that is truly infectious. After dark, it feels like being in space—peaceful and dreamy. You can even barbecue on the platform; the hotel provides charcoal 🔥 and even told us where to buy good, cheap, and delicious meat. In short, we checked out reluctantly, already planning to stay longer next time.

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located near the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making transportation very convenient. It's also considered a relatively upscale hotel. The room facilities are well-appointed and new. The front desk lady was very kind and upgraded our room, so we could see the lake from a distance. It would have been even better if the windows were cleaner, haha!
Service: The staff member guiding us at the entrance was very friendly and proactively helped with our luggage to the lobby. The only downside was the laundry service! It was crowded and chaotic, with constant queues and no one managing it. People chose times randomly, which made washing and drying incredibly slow. It took about an hour and a half to do laundry, which was really frustrating.
We were already tired from our activities and looking forward to relaxing in the room, but this inconvenience really set us back. I hope the hotel can assign someone to help guests plan their laundry, so less time is wasted on this chore.

AAiyo～weiyaWhen I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But...
Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible.
Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can.
Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer).
Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels.
Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

BBoru0426This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was quite an interesting experience! Great value for money. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet and private. It's close to the old east gate of Sailimu Lake, just a few hundred meters walk. However, it's about 2 kilometers from the new visitor center, so if you're taking the scenic bus, you'll need to consider walking that 2 kilometers to the hotel. The old east gate opens after 10 AM, so catching the sunrise from there might be a bit tricky.

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
