GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with a quality feel, and they're fully equipped with smart devices. Controlling the lights and curtains by voice is simple and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, offering a very comfortable stay.
The butler service provided one-stop, exclusive attention, being thoughtful and meticulous throughout our stay. Any requests were promptly addressed, and they were warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety of fresh ingredients, ensuring a satisfying meal every day.
Upon checkout, we even received complimentary freshly ground coffee – these small touches really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, the stay experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Sayram Lake!

EEmma•ZThe location is great, very close to the New East Gate – you can literally turn a corner and be right at the scenic area (make sure to enter before 5 PM). The reception staff in the lobby were all very nice and even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift. We booked a lake view room, but the surrounding buildings are a bit too dense, so it wasn't a full panoramic view, which was a minor imperfection. However, the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although the balcony isn't completely finished, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of both the lake and the mountains. It's a really excellent choice. And the breakfast – it's absolutely outstanding! It has Xinjiang specialties that are even better than what you'd find in provincial capitals. Superb! 🥳🥳🥳 Highly recommended.

FFAIRLADYMOMOFinally made it to the highly anticipated Sayram Lake! My classmate insisted we try the vendace restaurant, Gaobaigu Yufang. Once I entered the room, I realized Gaobaigu Yufang was right 'in front' of me! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great hot water and effective air conditioning. The hotel also provided a fruit platter and snacks that were exceptionally delicious/unique. It's very close to Sayram Lake, making it convenient to get around. After returning from the scenic area, we went to Gaobaigu Yufang for dinner – perfect! The vendace, a must-try at the restaurant, was prepared two ways: half steamed and half in a hotpot. It was a full and rewarding day, and a very satisfying stay. Thank you, thank you again!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied, my child was thrilled. The camp is built on a hillside directly facing Sai Lake, with no other hotel buildings blocking the view in front, so the lake view is excellent, and the surroundings are very quiet. The room facilities are comfortable (for example, the disposable slippers are fluffy and thick, much higher quality than those in many five-star hotels). When we checked in in the afternoon, the room was very hot, but after turning on the air conditioning, the temperature quickly dropped, and the room temperature remained stable overnight, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. The breakfast selection was rich.
The service was excellent! Special thanks to the two lovely ladies at the front desk, Zuli and Xiao Mai, for their extra care for my child and for upgrading us to a room type with a more front-facing location. Every handsome guy driving the golf cart to transport luggage was very enthusiastic, actively helping with loading, unloading, and transporting our bags. When I called at midnight asking for an extra single duvet, it was delivered to our door within five minutes.
Thanks again to Zuli at the front desk. Our family of three had a wonderful stay here.

CcrazygillianOn our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping.
You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her!
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth.

AAiyo～weiyaWhen I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But...
Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible.
Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can.
Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer).
Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels.
Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

GGuest UserThe yurt experience was fantastic! Even though it was a small one, it could comfortably sleep four people. The owner provided disposable bedding, and I can confirm, as someone with a very sensitive nose, the bedding had absolutely no smell. The restroom was indeed an outdoor toilet (a 'outhouse' as we'd call it! 😂). If it's raining, remember to bring an umbrella when you go! But it was very clean, and they covered it with plant ash every day. The room had a washing basin and a thermos. The owner was super nice – they even picked us up when we missed the scenic area shuttle. And when we weren't used to the washing facilities in the yurt, they drove us to the service area restrooms to wash up and remove our makeup. The rose paste and other treats they gave us were delicious; we packed them all and ate them during our hike later. Breakfast was also incredibly tasty. On the second day, they even drove us down to the shuttle bus stop. Overall, the experience was excellent. When it rained at night, they even worried if we'd be cold, but we weren't cold at all; the heater was secretly on all night, hahahahaha! Their food is also delicious; the small portion of 'big plate chicken' was actually quite large, and the lamb skewers were amazing! They have a flock of sheep, and taking photos on the hillside with them is incredibly beautiful! And at night, stargazing was absolutely stunning.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

GGuest UserI finally get it! There's a shade of blue in this world called Sayram Lake Blue 🌊 Staying in this yurt, you open the door to this breathtaking blue that's etched into your soul. Standing by the monument, watching the lake's waves, with snow-capped mountains in the distance – every single frame is so beautiful it leaves you speechless! The yurt is clean and has a unique Kazakh charm. The owner is super friendly and even pointed out the best photo spots. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, staying here is an instant romance booster!

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
