GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: From Dyson hair dryer equipped Toothbrushes and toothpaste are individually packaged, very environmentally friendly, toothbrushes are also equipped with floss, the room also has a water bar, ingredients coffee machine, smart password box, etc. Very comprehensive
Hygienic: very clean, the toilet is equipped with alcohol disinfection wipes.
Environment: The breakfast room is on the top floor and you can directly see the scenery of Sailimu Lake and the snow-capped mountains.
Service: The front desk Qianqian service is very good, arranged a room that is more suitable for us, the check-in introduction is also very comprehensive, the basic package of the hotel is also very complete
Next time I come to Sailimu Lake, I will come back to this hotel again. No matter the view, the service is very good.

GGuest UserThe location is great and the B&B was easy to find. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering a one-stop concierge service. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had evening tea and snacks. I also felt the price was very reasonable. All the interior decorations were thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend this B&B if you're looking to stay a night at Sayram Lake. It's a standalone villa, so it's quiet at night, and you don't need to prepare anything – just show up and check in. They also have 24-hour hot water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Staying here means you don't have to worry about a thing; the concierge will take care of everything for you.

Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable, no complaints.
Environment: The environment is superb. You can see Sayram Lake and the sunset right from your window. Absolutely stunning.

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

GGuest UserOn September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

MM43317****The room was great; the heating was so good even the bed was warm! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

FFeipoxiaoliaoI booked room 414 during the National Day holiday, which was very affordable for the area. Even the bare yurts there cost the same price. It was extremely cold during the holiday, around 1°C, but thankfully the hotel provided a comfortable place to sleep. It had hot water and a private bathroom. However… the environment was quite basic, like a converted restaurant – it had everything you'd expect. I'd recommend it for those on a budget, as hotels with private bathrooms nearby cost several hundred to over a thousand yuan.
