LLalabiuAwesome, the room is very clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is everything that should be available, there is electric heating in the house, the temperature can be adjusted by itself, it will not be cold at all. The sink is outside and it is very convenient to use. The laundry room with laundry is very fast to wash and dry clothes, and the overall is very good. NnephigiAC is probably the best hotel on the edge of Sailimu Lake, belonging to the off-season perks, the front desk gave an upgrade to the room, the door open for a moment the curtains slowly pulled open, the lake and snow mountains reflected into the eyes, there was amazed.
The package of Jucheng comes with coffee. The guy at the coffee bar is very nice. The freshly ground coffee is very fragrant and the quantity is very large. It is not relaxing to drink hot coffee while watching the snow-capped mountains on the edge of Sai Lake. Breakfast was pretty good, after all, in a scenic spot, you can't be too demanding. The noodles and pastries are done well.

During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery ā offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

Letās talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Letās talk about the service, itās really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
