GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

Hygienic: very clean, the toilet is equipped with alcohol disinfection wipes.
Environment: The breakfast room is on the top floor and you can directly see the scenery of Sailimu Lake and the snow-capped mountains.
Service: The front desk Qianqian service is very good, arranged a room that is more suitable for us, the check-in introduction is also very comprehensive, the basic package of the hotel is also very complete
Next time I come to Sailimu Lake, I will come back to this hotel again. No matter the view, the service is very good.

The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had evening tea and snacks. I also felt the price was very reasonable. All the interior decorations were thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend this B&B if you're looking to stay a night at Sayram Lake. It's a standalone villa, so it's quiet at night, and you don't need to prepare anything – just show up and check in. They also have 24-hour hot water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Staying here means you don't have to worry about a thing; the concierge will take care of everything for you.

The facilities are complete, but there's still a noticeable renovation smell from the elevator and the room's decorative panels. The front desk mentioned they'll be redecorating the elevator area soon. However, the housekeeping and cleaning standards are quite poor; this is the first time I've checked into a hotel and found a half-empty bottle of water on the table and a clump of hair on the bathmat. This is far from Marriott's service standards. Nevertheless, I must say that the hotel staff's service attitude is professional and friendly, and they are prompt in addressing issues.

The two lovely young ladies at the front desk, Xiao Di and Xiao Re, along with the charming Aikedai at the afternoon tea bar, provided exceptional service. Their cheerful smiles made us feel right at home! The hotel owner has excellent taste, offering a wonderful array of services that truly enhance Xinjiang's tourism resources! Thumbs up to them! 👍 I also want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning lady – I forgot to ask her name – but our car windows were very dirty from a long drive, and when we asked if we could rinse them, she kindly guided my husband to a nearby water source to help us clean them. Her warm, family-like service truly touched us!

During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. GGuest UserThe hotel is only about two or three kilometers from Sayram Lake, and they even offer a free shuttle service to the East Gate Visitor Center. The restaurant on the third floor serves incredibly delicious food; I ate there for three days straight and still couldn't get enough! The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is attentive and thorough. All in all, it was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
