GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right opposite the east gate of Sayram Lake. My partner and I booked an appointment to get our marriage certificate at Sayram Lake, and since we had to queue and take a number, we wanted to find a nearby hotel. We discovered this lakeside hotel, which is part of the Marriott group. We booked a standard room, and when we checked in at the front desk, we were told it was on the first floor. I was a bit disappointed, thinking we wouldn't have a lake view. However, the front desk attendant, Jocelyn, kindly upgraded us to a lake view room for free. She was also very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage to the room, asking along the way if we needed any help. When she learned our standard room didn't include breakfast, she even offered us complimentary breakfast. We are truly, truly grateful! The breakfast spread was extensive and suited my Hubei palate well: porridge, steamed buns, fried rice, beef noodles, and fresh fruit – everything you could wish for. While eating breakfast, we could enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery, with the shimmering reflections on Sayram Lake looking like countless stars dancing in the water. Looking out the window at the distant snow-capped mountains was invigorating and filled us with a longing for boundless freedom. In the evening, when we were about to go out for dinner and didn't know where to find good food nearby, a gentleman who seemed to be the lobby manager noticed our dilemma and proactively came to ask if he could help. After hearing our thoughts, he enthusiastically recommended some highly-rated and delicious restaurants. We followed his recommendations and tried one (Lamjing, right across from the hotel), and the food was indeed fantastic and very much to my Hubei taste. We are incredibly thankful to the hotel staff, especially the wonderful Miss Jocelyn, who showed us such meticulous care and attention throughout our trip. They made our marriage certificate journey truly unforgettable! Sayram Lake! We'll be back next time! And we'll definitely stay at AC Hotel again!!! Highly recommend!!

The hotel location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find nearby dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested well. Facilities were complete, there was plenty of hot water, and the bathroom amenities were also fully stocked.

As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, Lily proactively rose to greet me with a warm smile. Her voice was soft yet energetic, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations.

They upgraded our room, and I absolutely loved the decor. The bathroom was huge, and you could even see Sayram Lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the room. The breakfast restaurant was also spacious with great views. Recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is marked as 35-40 square meters, but the actual area is about 25-27 square meters. There is no view of Sailimu Lake. The hotel is designed in a resort style. But the design of the room is bad. There is no place to put luggage, and the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. There are many hanging rods, which makes it difficult to ensure the cleanliness of the fruit stems. The twin room only has a small bedside table between the two beds. The toilet room has a partial glass brick wall facing the head of the bed. Turning on the light when going to the bathroom at night will cause great interference. The row of control switches at the head of the bed is very bright at night, which interferes with sleep. The door gap is large and cannot isolate noise and light. The hotel's breakfast is very good, and the auntie at the noodle stall also provides good service.
