GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserWe were upgraded to a family room for free, and the afternoon tea was plentiful. When we checked out, they even packed two hot cups of ginger-date tea, freshly brewed, and a bag of milk for my child. The environment is great, and the breakfast was also very good. The service attitude was excellent! We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. It's also very close to the visitor center, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel amenities are also very good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

GGuest UserThe overall experience of this stay is particularly satisfactory! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel for eating and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, meticulous cleaning, soft and comfortable bedding, quiet and not noisy. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in is fast, and the staff is very intimate. The facilities are complete and intact, the overall environment is warm and atmospheric, the price is super high, the stay is comfortable and safe, it is highly recommended, and the next trip will give priority to this one!

Kkgkg2001Couldn't believe there was a Marriott at Sayram Lake, so I booked it right away! Before check-in, Jerry, the supervisor, was so thoughtful. He upgraded me to a lake-view room and gave me a complimentary breakfast, plus a fruit platter. The service was incredibly attentive, making me, a solo traveler, feel genuinely welcomed. The facilities and breakfast, as expected from a star-rated hotel, were really good. Although it's a bit of a distance from the lake itself, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning.

TTaibangThe hotel is 3 kilometers from the popular area around the visitor center, so you'll need to drive to town for meals. It's only recommended for those with their own car. Overall, the hotel is decent, with new facilities and amenities. The complimentary afternoon tea and the peaceful environment due to its distance from town are definite pluses, and the breakfast is quite substantial. However, we encountered two issues during our stay: first, the first room assigned to my family had a strong smell of smoke when we opened the door (the hotel later arranged a different room for us); second, there are very few charging stations available (and some are occupied by gas cars), so don't expect to be able to charge easily. The overall experience was satisfactory, and I would still recommend it if the price is acceptable.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration.
Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard.
Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs.
Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized.
Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

LLuobodelizhideluoliHighly recommended hotel! It's a detached villa design, so no elevator, but a butler kindly helps with luggage, which was excellent. It's also very close to Sayram Lake. They upgraded our room, and I absolutely loved the decor. The bathroom was huge, and you could even see Sayram Lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the room. The breakfast restaurant was also spacious with great views. Recommended!
