GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

(Just a small suggestion: the hairdryer's power is a bit weak, and you have to hold down the button continuously, which is quite tiring. It would be great if you could replace it with a more powerful one.)

Service: We had a dedicated butler, and all the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, always checking in on us.
Location: It's situated just outside Sailimu Lake but very close to the scenic area. There are also some restaurants nearby, so the surrounding amenities are quite comprehensive.
We arrived the first evening, had a quick bite, and then went straight to our room to rest. The front desk offers afternoon tea with welcome fruit and 'goodnight milk.' The temperature difference here is quite significant, so a warm cup of milk before bed made us feel cozy all over. The next morning, after having breakfast at the restaurant, we headed straight out to explore. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers. By the way, the beef noodles at the restaurant are exceptionally delicious. My 3-year-old and 6-year-old each finished a bowl!
The Wabi-sabi style room was also beautiful. Highly recommended.

You can walk straight into the lake area, which is super convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning or strolling along the lakeside in the evening, without having to drive back and forth. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water supply is stable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and parking is free. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing patient and detailed travel advice. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

Our room window faced Sayram Lake, and we took some fantastic photos. The room facilities and space were excellent. We're always looking for great hotels to experience, and this one deserves a huge thumbs-up. The security guard was also incredibly helpful with parking right in front of the hotel. Thank you! ☺️

Llilysun12Although it's named 'New Visitor Center Store,' I couldn't find it near the actual visitor center. My navigation led me to a construction site, quite a distance from the visitor center. On the map, I thought it was close to the AC Marriott I initially wanted to book (which was unavailable), but it was actually quite a drive. I specifically booked a lake view room, and while I could see the lake, it was very far away.
The moment I saw earplugs in the room, I had a bad feeling. And sure enough, there's a busy main road right outside. Construction trucks were rumbling all night, and I fell asleep to their roar even past midnight. I was woken up at 6 AM by the noise, and even earplugs didn't help.
Picture one shows the distant view of Sayram Lake from the room's window, overlooking the construction site. Picture two was taken in the restaurant. Be sure to dress warmly when going to the restaurant in the morning, as it's in a separate building.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration.
Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard.
Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs.
Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized.
Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
